So I gave them a call, Tammy the front desk receptionist was super friendly and told me to go ahead and bring it in. I brought my car there and they thoroughly checked it out top to bottom front end. They found out that it was a flex pipe issue. They fixed it and also repaired my tire which had a nail in it. I have been to many many businesses and this auto shop is by far the most friendly and efficient auto shop that I have been to. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND taking your vehicle here! They really treat you like family and not a stranger. That makes a big difference. You can do the best work but if you don't have great customer service, it doesn't matter. AAA wasn't able to replace the battery. A local tire store could not do the replacement until Tuesday. Another tire store told me I would need to wait 4-5 hours to be worked in. Advance Auto could not do the replacement as it would take too long. They did recommend Appalachian Auto Repair. They were able to fit me in right away and the price was reasonable. They were also much cheaper than the price quoted by another shop. Also, their shop is the cleanest I have ever seen.
