The store reeked of weed and the parts guy was so high all he cared about is the music playing. They don't have any crawler parts, no accessories for scale trucks. The customer service is horrible, Parts and Ready to run trucks were very limited. the staff only knew about drag and carpet racing cars. The race track is very well taken care of, to bad the rest of the store is some shit!

Definitely not my forte, but fortunately one of the employees named Hope knew exactly what we were looking for and went above and beyond in assisting us. It was more than just good customer service that we appreciated, she took our little project very seriously, had such a sweet demeanor in showing us everything we needed to complete our task. At the end, there are a couple store managers overseeing our projects completion and I could really tell that the workers in that store genuinely got along well and it spilled over into an experience that led me to search for a way to post a review. In this day and age, rare is the case where a store worker and others are truly helpful, the people in charge certainly fit that bill! As a business owner myself, I recognize talent in the workforce, folks like Hope and your managers (whose names I missed) could work for me, and I'm a tough judge of winning workers.

Seeing my daughter's face light up and hearing her verbal gasps as she wandered throughout this art and craft sanctuary was a wonder to observe. Note: We live in Hawaii. We have a couple small craft stores, but nothing remotely like this. On my part, having just purchased a house to renovate, my brain was going overboard with the endless decorating possibilities that Hobby Lobby could afford. Realistically however, I doubt that I will personally do any shopping for that house (especially since I live in Hawaii), but I'm sure most every home has a person that would LOVE this place. He has all of the yeasts and hops, also. I usually just stick with my favorite, 2-row mahr, crystal 40, Safale yeast, and Centennial hops to make an excellent clone of Bells Two-Hearted IPA. The staff is really what makes this place special. Each person cares and is helpful. They take the time to walk you to the right aisle and make sure you have what you were looking for. They always try to help you save as much money as possible too. We have another Michael's located closer to my home but this is a great location if it is in your neighborhood. I stopped in for a poster board to make a DIY jeopardy board for my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary. They have white, black and blue options so I was able to get what I need and get out of there. Great price as well.
