Amazing natural light provides a perfect space for creating art. Artist David Steinman well versed in many mediums provides more than just painting classes. Private lessons are for you to take your vision into a reality. A Studio where you paint your image on canvas. I can sketch your image on the canvas for you. The goal is to assist people with learning about materials and design in a fun laid back atmosphere. Smaller classes provide better attention to you the artist. I take the time to get you to reach your creative goal. Let's make some art together and have fun doing it. Afterwards, you'll be chalking about Stein to all your friends.

History

Established in 1989.

In college my major was "independent painting" I guess I spent a lot of money to learn how to paint by myself! Not anymore, I found a job as a painting instructor at a major chain of paint and sip. I loved it, watching and helping people be creative is so gratifying for me. The pandemic ended that and I was so upset that I had found the job I love and it was over. Missing the people and the job I had to get that back in my life, l was determined. Things fell into place and I am back doing what a love. That major gave me freedom to work in more mediums than just paint, drawing, faux finishing, sculpture, print making, ceramics, photography, logos and graphic design. Throughout the years my murals and paintings have been displayed throughout Syracuse. I don't want to sound like I have a big ego so let's just say I make art I teach art and I love doing it.
