After a couple months I feel like I am able to write a review. We have been taking my dog there for…read morealmost 12 years. Two months ago my Shih Tzu woke up and couldn't walk and kept falling over. I called ark during business hours and they told me before I could even get out all the symptoms he was having that they could not see him nor take him as an emergency and to go to the emergency vet hospital 45 min away because they were to busy to help a dog they have been treating for almost 12 years. Well we had to put him down that day. The hospital contacted ARK twice and I never even got a phone call or a sympathy card, nothing after all these years! When my husband called them they blew him off saying oh well they were too busy! I will never use them or recommend them to anyone and I will continue to tell everyone how they treated me and my Shih tzu!

This is a nice change from the large, busy, who is that person in the white coat and this person in a white coat and finally the big cheese vet then another person without a white coat but with a three page bill so they can pay for all those white coats. Every option was explained so the right one could be made for Merlin who has some old age issues, but like me, is not ready for the bone yard yet. Even the receptionist wanted to carry Merlin to the carbut I explained he was pulling a fast one and would be able to walk once off polished floors but she could carry me instead!

First, being an abused rescue, he is now an "overprotective" family member. So, if he's with anyone, he's fine with other dogs. If I'm on the end of the leash, he's CUJO when other dogs are present. The staff came met us at the car and took him in. Potential catastrophe avoided. Also, he has cancer, including stomach, which is now bloated. His life expectancy was to end over a month ago. I asked that he not be picked up. The staff was very understanding. I will be back! Such a calming place with very kind staff.

After three months of treatments with All Good Pets, I am happy to report my pup is back to playing and going for walks. What I loved the most was the time and attention my dog received when she was there. If she needed two hours of therapy then that is what she got! I've never sat with a vet for two hours! The second most important thing worth mentioning is the price. This is really affordable. When I looked at other specialty vets the pricing was confusing and very expensive. With All Good Pets, I knew what I was paying and there was no add on cost for additional treatments. One price. That's all. My pup needed water therapy, laser therapy, acupuncture, and more and those were included in the price. I'm really grateful that I found this place and that they gave my dog the care and attention that she needed to get better.

I just called to make an appointment with Dr Lloyd for my two dogs. Roger, who answers the phone,…read moreher husband, told me they no longer go to my area. Dr. Lloyd has been to my house and actually saved my one dog, from heart worm disease, and now she will not come to my house. While she was treating my dog, I had a cash flow issue and her one check bounced. Dr Lloyd got paid in cash from then on. If this is the issue, why she won't come to my house now, just say so, I will pay cash again. That is not a problem. Roger said it is too from Chalfont...? Roger said that they go only 7 miles, and Warminster is 9 miles from Chalfont. Why is two more miles too far to go for an appointment for my dogs? I am disappointed in Dr Amy Lloyd and her clinic. I would, now, not recommend her to anyone...shame on her
