I bought a brand new board off them for a pretty good price (around the same price as the ones in costco, but get way more board for the money!) and it has been fantastic! As you can see from my photos, the suit is both modern and spacious! 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and a full kitchen, and most of all a lovely view of the Okanagan Lake! They offer no advice or assistance or seem to know nothing about the Societies Act of BC, the legislation that applies to us. Ask a question, the response is call a lawyer! Anything they do besides answer an owner's email is charged xtra. Even their accounting dept screws up. They won't accept cc or cash payments over the phone or at their offices. Slow to respond, lack of knowledge and 'nickle & dimed' to death. Not a great service provider.

Darryl Scott is a very junior strata manager, comes across as all knowing but has to be corrected on most of his actions or lack of actions. To many issues to mention. Our strata has gone through 7 strata managers with APM all worse then the next. It is unfortunate that our frustrations are with APM, however, I think it is a more systemic problem with Property Managers who do not follow the SPA and managers/owners who do not want to correct or confront the strata manager for fear of loosing an employee. After learning it was my birthday, they brought up a thoughtful wee gift, which was so kind! And random staff members called out birthday greetings as we came and went. Our room was immaculately clean, and even though our balcony faced the busy street, we barely heard the traffic. We had a jetted tub in our room, and it did take a while to fill, but it was amazing to soak before bed. And again, it was absolutely spotless. We had breakfast in the restaurant, which was incredible, and once again, the staff were outstanding. Delicious food and fantastic staff, we will definitely be back to stay and to eat!

We were actually looking forward to this stay, being a BW Diamond Select Status, we were not even acknowledged at check in!! Please see photos attached, room condition is generally very dusty, no maintenance at all, laminate flooring are peeling, electrical sockets are off the wall and do not work properly and create a fire hazard!! ( Reported to front desk first thing in the morning as we decided to cut short our stay! ) Shower do not work properly as water do not properly passes through to the shower head, all furnitures are of "Value Village" status!! Sad sad state, our first stay at this property will be our last!
