Well we picked a light for our master bath, they said it was too big and to pick another. I picked another light that they approved and when it was going to be installed, it's too big. The first said they can't return it bc it is special order (even if it's in stock but over $500, then it's considered special order). So it can't be returned. Then they told me that they would allow an exchange but they will only give my 60 percent back. This is absolutely ridiculous.

The man - I will not use the term "gentleman", as he was not one - at the desk proceeded to make me feel very foolish for knowing nothing about the light and then gave instruction to me on how to best put my 3-year old in the car. The second time I had the pleasure of working with a lady who was light years removed from her coworker In terms of social skills, but who sent me home with the wrong wattage of bulb, despite having written the receipt correctly. It was silly of me not to have double checked after my first experience, I will admit, but nonetheless, I won't be back. Supporting local business is important, but I stop short of supporting poor customer service.

I received a call indicating that the first available appointment was 2 1/2 months out. This, despite the fact their booking site indicates appointments this week even (it's July 17 I had tried to book 8/7). When questioned about this the phone rep pleaded ignorance. The only good thing I can say is that I am approaching the end of my prepaid service agreement and I will definitely find a new provider when it does, if not sooner. 1 star is a big exaggeration unless you could put a minus in front of it.

The cost was very reasonable and on the low end of what this kind of job would normally cost. The electrician was easy to reach, but the company was so busy that it did take a while to get an appointment. But no more than a week. The fact that they are busy says they're good.
