We have pets and yes...we let those pets on the couch so we wanted something that is durable, cleans easily, and can be replaced if needed. Lovesac is such an interesting solution to our need! Each piece can be configured to how you want it, the covers are machine washable, and if a pet decides to destroy a cushion or side they can be replaced. The company has been in business for 25 years so they have some longevity. The parts are made with solid wood and metal and the cushions are extremely well made. I'm looking forward to looking at this couch for many years to come.

NOT TO MENTION, these couches aren't as comfortable as they look. We also purchased a couple of accessories, but decided they don't work well. The tray table is absolutely useless. We emailed the company, twice, and never heard a response. Finally, after two weeks of silence, we called. It took 30mins to finally reach a representative to get shipping labels for the accessories we want to return. I can't express how much I am disappointed with this company. I wanted to love them, but I definitely don't. I would never order from this company ever again, and shared my experience with everyone I know. I Highly recommend other companies that offer better and comfortable sectionals with white glove service and clean up. Not to mention better customer support as well. Lovesac, do better! The process was easy and delivery was pretty quick and the guys that brought it out and set it up were good. Today like I said they came out to put new felt on my table. I messed up the old felt by mistake and I also wanted to change the color. The gentlemen that came to do the work kept in great contact with me and were very professional! I will never spend another dollar here or at any other Matress Firm location, they are not true to…read moretheir word, they don't explain certain situations. We bought a matress at the Alamo Quarry location, and the sales guy assured us that if we weren't completely satisfied, that we could return it, but he never mention anything about a restocking fee or delivery fee. We paid $1,136.00 cash and when we received the matress, it was very lumpy and so so uncomfortable, It felt and looked like it was a used matress. We only slept on it one night and it was the most uncomfortable sleepless night ever. So my husband called the store to see if we could return it and get our money back so we could further look into other mattresses. And he said we absolutely have to wait 30 days, however when we were making the cash purchase, he did not once mention we had to wait 30 days, so we kept it for 30 days but did not sleep on it, luckily we still our old matress and used that one. Also he never once mention that if we weren't completely satisfied to return it , that there would be a restocking and pick up fee of $300.00, so they did put the remaining $800.00 in our bank account , but still $300.00 short. So we will never ever make another purchase there.
