HUH?! We walked towards the door together and I gently said, "I'm sorry you don't have time to help me" she fumbled because how does one reply to a comment such as that when you're in a customer service position... Customer Service is first in my book and when you fail to execute on the foundation of your job (which should be the easiest) ... you've lost my business....
