I would not trust this dealership when buying a car. I recently called on a 2011 chevy cruze they…read morehad for sale. I talked to Marv who owns the lot and told him I was interested but couldn't make it for a week (as I live 3.5 hours away and had work). I asked if I could leave a deposit, he said yes and I put $300 down on it for him to hold it. His exact words were " I will not show this car to anyone and I will not sell it to anyone". In the week leading up to me coming to purchase the car I had sold the car I was recently driving so I could have some cash and went to the bank to get a loan so I could have the rest of the cash. Friday comes around, I call just to let them know I will be there first thing Saturday morning, his wife answered the phone and said she that she would let him know. Friday afternoon I get a call from him informing me he had sold the car Thursday. Now you will probably think that he runs a dealership and that's business. Remember that this man made a promise to hold a car for me after taking my money to hold the vehicle. He is giving me my deposit back and said sorry. The real point is this man lied about saying what he would do and if he can't even give his word to hold a car for a week which in my opinion money is more valuable to him than giving his word. So if this man says he has a good reliable car, I wouldn't take his word because in the end game this man only cares about money not his reputation and can not be trusted.

It is a shame that they would do this to customers. My only thought is they do not want repeat business. Took in a Chrysler product that had a 3.2 litre V6 and they charged us for 8 quarts of engine oil for the oil change. When I questioned them about it they swore that this is what they put in. He said they drain it extra long. Made a statement that it is the darndest thing every now and then they run into 6 cylinder motors that take extra oil.
