Hello everyone, Back for another review. Had to write about this business. Needed tints on two newly purchased SUV's was shopping around my area, Pembroke Pines. Called the businesses and, as everything else the prices were ridiculous. My wife suggested a business that she drives by during her daily commute. Chachy's Auto Tinting. Located at University Drive/27th Ave. and 103rd/49th. The location was farther than I would have wanted, initially. Also, if your expecting white glove service, this place is not for you. Customer service is great and the work is good. More like a mom and pop. (just what I like.) Just throwing that out there. Once reading the reviews and getting quoted the price for my two vehicles there was only one choice, Chachy's. (There are only 33 reviews here. There should be more.) Been around for years. So glad my wife suggested it. The tints I got look great. Good work. No complaints. They work quick. Price was right. In summary, it may be to inconvenient to drive this far southeast. Do your price matching. Totally worth it. May be worth the trek. (I only got tints.) They have a new customer in me. At least for window tinting. Chachy's! read more

Let me start off by saying I have NEVER felt more taken advantage of in my life by a business! Please take your business/money somewhere else because this place it's not professional at all. I called ahead of time to get a quote on how much it would cost to get old tint removed and new tint put on a 2 door. Gave the make and model and all the information needed. I was quoted 100$. I bring the car in and off the back the price had magically increased to 130$ I was willing to pay the difference although I was not happy that they said something different over the phone. But then when I came to pick up the car they went on to add Additional Fees for services that were originally quoted in the original price. Bringing my total to 167$ instead of 100$! Not only was the price increase complete bullshit when I went to drive away I noticed air bubbles on every single window! I brought it back to show them and was told it was probably because of dirt! So you mean to tell me you didn't even attempt to clean the window before applying the tint. All that I was offered was to bring it back within the 3 year warranty to get redone. Why on Gods green earth would I trust you to do it right the second time if you completely screwed me over this time. On top of the fact that it would take additional time out of my day to have to go through this process all over again. If your looking for affordable and great quality radio and car alarm system this is the place. My car had no radio, speakers and no car alarm and yes it's a old car. But after they were done with it, it felt and sound like a 2019 heavy Chevy. Forget Geek Squad I probably would've spent a arm, leg and probably a lung...lol. Great tinting!! My tints were done in September, 2016. Five years later, my windows look great. No bubbling or streaks.

Worst place to get your car tinted, they use cheap materials and expect you to keep your receipts for a life time warranty! I got my 2019 Bmw tinted there in 2021 windshield 35% and everything thing else 20%, I have even gotten pulled over before because the officer said he was not able to see in the vehicle for the back. Here it is two years later my tints are like my regular windows clear but the tints are still on! I got there and ex plain to the young lady what was going on and the first thing she asked was, do you have the receipt I said no and she said can't help you! I told her I'm sure that I'm not the first person that came her about y'all cheap tints and her word was they have a receipt! why should I have to come back because you gave me some garbage material and you knew it was garbage! go somew else not here read more

In this hot S. Florida summer the tints in my car decided to peel off and anyone who lives here knows how how it gets. So a friend of mine who knows the best places for just about anything referred me here. I must say the area was a little on the rough side for my taste, but I decided to go ahead with my friend's recommendation. The staff were very friendly and helpful in my choosing my new tints. I decided to get the High performance tints, darker in the back than the front windows. The process was a little long for me because I had to get my old tints off first. But I was thoroughly please with a job well done. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

Be warned. Don't expect to come here and be out, they will mess up your tints, give you a time frame to come fix them but you have to get there 2 hours before they open and then MAYBE they'll fix them. You will have to wait hours on hours for them to fix it. You will most likely have to return after fixing them to fix them again. People are extremely unprofessional. Don't think that "it's some bad instances it won't happen to me" I've spoken to other customers when I went to fix my tints, same problems. They've been coming back again and again to fix their tints and have to waste half their day trying to get them fixed. read more

I brought my very own tint (mirror tint) cost me 140 dollars since they're a special kind of tint, I don't know how install tints so I asked them if they can do it and they said "yes" (big mistake) I paid them to do it. Now Imagine spending 140 on tints and 70 dollars on labor just for them to do a crappy job, they did a horrible job installing my tints bad cuts, little bits of dirt on it and it's peeling off at a Corner, and the windshield is wasn't cut probably so a little bit of the corner was left without tint. They don't wanna give me money for the labor nor take responsibility for messing up my tint they're telling me to buy more tint, mind you it was expensive and I don't want them to touch my car again but they refuse to give me my money back, 210 dollars down the drain like that! I went to Chauncey's to get my windows tinted the store opens at nine I was there a quarter till and it was a land from the door to the stop sign ... I ordered my tents and left my car I didn't get a call back until 4 o'clock that afternoon the tint job was so shabby bubbles and mistakes in the creases of the windows when I went back to have it fixed she told me that they only fix their mistakes on the weekdays who has time for that I would never use them again read more

Saturday 8/24/2019 I drove from Aventura to your location to remove/put new back tints and replace windshield. When I walked in saw a young lady sitting at the computer desk with her back turned towards the customers mind you she's on her cellphone. I'm a regular customer at this shop I bring all my vehicles that I owned to this shop no other tint shop has ever tinted my vehicles. My very first car 2002 Ford Taurus, 2005 Nissan Altima, 2006 M35, 2008 G35, 2008 M35"s", 2011 Mazda CX-9, 2015 Lexus GS350, 2015 Acura MDX, and today I arrived in my 2018 Gs350 approximately 10:40 with my 5 year old son. I was greeted and checked in by the same wonderful lady who typically checks me in once in a blue her daughters will check me in whenever I stop by. Well today I wasted 3 and half hours of my day over there for nothing actually my son got something out of it a free ice cream by the cashier. when I arrived there was 5 people on site in front of me the six customer who was Hispanic supposedly came in, check in and than left with her vehicle right before I showed up. The lovely lady who check me in, happened to either go on break or go home for the rest of the day right before the Hispanic customer happened to show up 3 and half hours later she spoke to the owner who was the cashier the second time of checking in I was assuming she was getting prices on her vehicle but was actually convincing the owner she was there earlier. When I noticed he was going to serve her before me that's when I approach him and stated I was here for a long time I told him he can ask the cashier but he insisted and said he's the owner I mean how in the world can that be your response to a customer that's unprofessional and rude he told me she was before me on the list which now I know they'll holding spots for customer who comes and go with there vehicle for 3 hours in a half. I never seen her or her car on the property at least I would understand if she left her car to hold her spot but unfortunately for this owner he felt otherwise. I had a witness who was a customer stood up for me telling him I was waiting a long time vs someone who came and left probably had breakfast and lunch than decided to come back to have this intelligent owner serve her before me if any business treats there customers the way this owner good luck. So I hired these clowns, Olga and Francisco, to install speakers and tint my windows. I checked over their work and was appalled. The speakers I gave them were not the ones installed. The tint job they did was terirble. The tint had bubbles all over it. To top this mess off, a bottle of MEDICATION was stolen out of my car, along with an emergency $100 bill I kept in the glove box, a half a pack of cigarettes and the change I kept in the ashtray. They also stole my phone charger. When I confronted them, they just smiled and pointed to a sign that says "Not responsible for lost or stolen items".... they also charged me $150 more than the original quoted price. When I told them I wouldn't pay, they refused to give me my keys back..... I'm taking these clowns to small claims court to get justice... I don't know what I did to piss these guys off but I regret doing business with them! read more

The customer service is friendly. They sell more then just car tint; they have car accessories as well. The prices are great compared to other tint shops. They have a waiting area inside while they tint your car. My car tinting on my car looks great. I've had my car for seven years and now I'm just getting ready to go back and get my windows re-tinted on the driver side only, windows front and back. I remember the owner saying "Not to worry whenever you need your windows re-tinted I will still be here for you," and it's true.
