Good boba drinks and nice accommodating staff. Not really the best for studying as there are no outlets, but there are two 4-seater tables and countertop/bar seating along the walls and free wifi. I've tried the strawberry yogurt with lychee jelly and the milk tea with egg pudding and enjoyed both of them. Depends what mood you're in, but I'd venture to say most of their drinks are solid. The milk teas are made with non-dairy creamer for the lactose intolerant. The iced coffee was also nice and a good balance of smooth and not too sweet, but not black if that's what you're expecting. Get a stamp card (buy 10 get 1 free) and swing by the Naan Cafe next door if you get hungry. read more

My favorite Boba place in redlands. I love the avocado smoothie with boba. Thier boba is chewy and the perfect size. Employees are always sweet. A side note that has nothing to do with them personally (just a heads up) is that this place is next to an Indian restaurant, so sometimes I walk in and the smell of curry is overwhelming lol. I think the Employees are used to it, but it's a shock if you're used to a boba place smelling a bit sweet lol. read more

Redlands finally has a decent boba spot! I was a former coworker of the owner and was super excited to see how this place matched up to other boba spots in the IE! Also the location is great right across the street from Redlands HS and nearby to U of Redlands so I can only imagine the crowds! I love the modern hipster vibe, gives it a very fresh clean cut look, plus the little decorations are to die for! The menu is extremely simple and this allows for you to pick your drink quickly without being in between different flavors! I love that they have their drinks and ordering system on different sides as that does decrease the traffic around the ordering area. Tian was able to help me recommend a drink for me and my brother (taro milk and avocado frappe) and both were actually great! Drinks are super tasty as I actually never had either of the two! I've been here a few times because it's truly the only boba place in the area. I normally am a Thai tea, or regular milk tea with boba type of drinker, but lately have been branching out for more flavors or toppings. I asked if they had taro jelly which is a pretty common topping at other boba locations and they didn't have it. Since I was craving taro I asked if it was possible to do a half milk tea half taro milk tea with boba. The cashier said sure that's on the menu so I was like "okay great" when I get my drink it's orange which I thought was weird but I took it anyways. Turns out she gave me a "tiger milk tea" which is fine because I love tiger milk tea I've had it plenty of times before. What was disappointing was the quality. It tasted very watered down and the boba was extremely sticky/chewy to the point it gets stuck to your teeth. I've tried to give this place a fair shot plenty of times but I keep getting disappointed, it's worth driving further to get better boba than this. read more

Good customer service - was greeted when I walked in. Good drinks! I'm so glad we have a boba place in Redlands now. If you want your drinks less sweet, just ask for half-sweet (or whatever your liking is). I'm not a boba person myself. I opt for aloe Vera, chia/basil seeds, or egg pudding depending on which drink I'm ordering. Milk teas, I would suggest egg pudding (ask to see what it looks like as it might not be what you think it is lol). Fruit teas, I suggest aloe. I ordered honey green tea with aloe. I had been getting my boba tea and drinks elsewhere until I discovered the Chaca Tea Bar. It was then that I realized what I had been missing out on! First of all, the store was clean, there was plenty of seating and had free wi-fi. The employees were eager to help, answering every question. My daughter ordered a Tai tea with honey boba and I got an Almond frappe with honey boba. As we were handed our drinks we looked at each other and smiled. The boba were so fresh we could feel the warmth on the bottom of our cups with the iced drinks on top. The ingredients used were real and fresh, not like the fake powders and flavorings used at other stores. I had real chunks of almonds in my Almond frapp! I saw a person with fresh strawberries in their drink! Our drinks were beyond delicious. Chaca Tea Bar is now our favorite and ONLY place to go to get boba teas and other delicious drinks! read more

So excited to have Boba tea house in Redlands! The place is super clean, inviting and the workers were so welcoming They gave us samples of the milk tea, Thai tea & honey boba. All so tasty and fresh! They made a taro slush for my husband even though it wasn't on the menu. He said it was one of the best he had ever tasted...you could actually taste the nuttiness of the taro. My daughter had the honeydew milk tea with honey boba. She also enjoyed how fresh it tasted. I ordered my favorite, passion fruit black tea with lychee jelly. I was amazed at the sweet yet sour flavor of the tea. Many times its overly sweet. Stopped in here on a quick trip back from Palm Springs. The green tea was a little heavy handed, I'm not sure if it can be made a tad lighter. the lychee jelly was good though. For Redlands area, it's great to have a boba place where there's very little offerings. read more

Yes! A new boba place in Redlands! Wanted to get a boba drink and drove by Boba Tea House and it was way too crowded. I remember seeing this one time driving by so I suggested it to my girlfriend and she was down to try it. First thoughts when we got inside was it looked clean and bright. The initial smell that hit me right when we entered was tea. The menu was simple and the drinks seem to be more tea based. I got something from the special drinks section of the menu, which had yogurt drinks. I got the strawberry yogurt drink with honey boba. My girlfriend got a milk tea with honey boba. We both really enjoyed our drinks! My strawberry yogurt literally tasted like actual strawberry yogurt. It wasn't the same consistency of yogurt, in case you were wondering. I was kind of shocked at first, but it grew on me and I like it now. They had little chunks of fruit. It was surprisingly tasty. The milk tea was one of the best my girlfriend said she's ever had. The boba is chewy and a little smaller than I'm used to, but I'm not complaining. I would definitely come back to try their other drinks. read more

I've given this place more than a couple tries and each time has made me run to a restroom within the hour of having their "non-dairy" milk tea. I am lactose intolerant and when I saw they offered "non-dairy" milk teas, I was super excited. However, on many occasions I have had to pull over my car and find the nearest restroom while screaming, "I don't think I'll make it!" Thankfully, by the power of god, I have not had an accident, although I have come close. Heed my warning, if you are lactose intolerance, do not ask the misguided staff what is "dairy-free" on their menu. You may not be as lucky as I have been. This delicious tea comes at a price I am no longer willing to pay though the ass. read more

The first thing I noticed is that this place actually makes the boba the way its supposed to be made, boiled with brown sugar in the water! No place around here does that, not even Boba Tea House in Loma Linda. The location is extremely convenient as it is right up the street from my work. I will definitely be returning. We went here with about 15 children as a treat for taking their state exam. There were only two workers but they were the most kindness and patient people. To start off I have been coming to @chacateabarredlands for over 1 year now. I have to say that their boba has been a hit or miss, sometimes it's small and just made or it's perfectly cooked with the perfect amount of sweetness's and softness. Lately it's been the latter. I've never had a bad drink before, and the cashiers are always glad to explain a drink and it's options. I once wanted to exchange a drink, they had a positive attitude and did it quickly! My favorite drink has been their Mango Slush with extra boba. NO ONE MAKES IT LIKE THEM. And to top it off their prices are VERY reasonable and they don't charge for extra boba. read more

Come a few times a week . Usually we get Thai tea, tiger tea , almond milk tea ofc all with boba . Staff are always friendly and we always get our drinks within 5 mins .
