Oohhhhh man 1 waiter was phenomenal but the whole establishment as a whole is disgusting. The food ain't worth the price you will be paying..Beware of the attitude some of the workers might have when you ask them for something.My main concern and issue is when you visit the website without me checking formally out just browsing it made a reservation for me that I did not ask for and then gave me a hassle when I called in and explained and was confused how it made it's own reservation without me asking..This place is a negative go as a restaurant & hotel as well Travelers BEWARE. The ambiance can start off ok but end in disaster. NOOOTT trying to be a Debbie downer & Not a KAREN at all...im just an American travler that gives gis point of view on how people get treated and if the spot are well worth a second visit. This restaurant was delicisioso! Husband had mussels & garlic fries. I had pizza with sausage and red onion. Also asked for crushed red pepper as a condiment for pizza and they actually had it Had a delicious mango daiquiri & a white Russian. Soooo good. Such a great place for a ltl town. I will definitely eat here again when we take the whale watching tour from Gyuabitos. read more

Horrible experience. The manager short ass lady is freaking rude . We went in with a group of 17 ordered their food and lots of drinks yet they gave us shyt about us having our own lobsters in the plaza , we were NOT even eating the lobsters in the restaurant at all , we respected not to take any food in there . We caught lobsters earlier and had someone cooked them for us while we were watching the superbowl here yet the manager was pissed .First of all there was no need for them to kick us out just bc we didn't ordered lobsters from them , we weren't eating them inside the restaurant which is an open space, some of us sat on the plaza and some of us stayed in and continue drinking and eating their food . The thing that upset me the most was that I had asked the server if we're allowed to eat at the plaza and he said yes it's public property which we did but since his ass got chewed out by that manager with a horrible attitude he came telling us crap . He tried to say his tips were going to get taken away due to allowing this so I definitely did not tip . I was an asshole for that but how is it everyone else down the strip on the beach is so kind and lets you bring the drinks that you're buying from vendors that are walking down the beach into their restaurants yet these people can't even leave you alone after spending $$$ to eat peacefully outside without them giving you shyt ? I'll never go back horrible service with a shitty manager and horrible attitude. As most reviews on here say their food isn't that great . There's better places down the road with better personality and kindness . Let me just say this that a lady from US sat at our table to order food due to all tables being taken due to superbowl and saw everything and said they were horrible for reacting the way they did after ordering all that food that she got up and left . If i were the owner I would hire kinder people and a better manager to be able to handle situations like these better without over reacting. Bet me their story will be totally different from what I'm stating but I'm being honest . I come here regularly since I have family history in Chacala but I'll never ever will stay at their hotel nor eat there ever again . This area is tourist attraction how is it you're not going to allow people to bring in drinks or fruits that people are selling from the beach because you're so greedy you want everything to be purchased from your hotel/ restaurant. I would understand if we're just sitting there but when you have a big party like we did and ordered alcoholic beverages and food not appetizers but actual plates how are you going to be so moody because others decided to have lobster out in the plaza ? Make it make sense! To the manager I hope you're shitty attitude changes there was no need to give the server an attitude that he decided to give us one as well because you ruined his mood . Slow, overhyped, and overpriced. My octopus dish was just sad. We ate here out of convenience, but quickly moved on. I know that there is a lot of variation in micheladas, and I like strong flavors, but the one at Chac Mool was pretty aggressive with the Salsa Inglés. read more

great beach restaurant with good food and service nice menu and options and spectacular view

The only thing good about this place is the location. We ate here more often than we should have because we had children to feed and it was the closest restaurant to where we hung out on the beach everyday. Also, you can use their chaises and umbrellas if you buy food and drinks. If you have to get food here stick to the basics. Their pancakes weren't terrible. read more

Ate four meals here during our week long vacation. Loved the fresh bread and tortillas with breakfast. Definitely the best coffee in town! Dinners were amazing, the seafood was very fresh.
