This is the boba shop that's our go-to when we're in town or passing through! It's rare to find a boba shop with amazing drinks as well as savory eats. There is something for everyone! I got the hojicha with oat milk, no sugar, regular ice and matcha strawberry (that was da bomb!). They were also able to accommodate my hubs who can't have dairy or sugar! He got a jasmine green tea iced and he was very happy. BUT what really made this trip so special was the yummy eats we got to go with our drinks. We got pan fried veg mandoo, bbq pork steamed bao, and green onion pancake. I grew up spending the weekends in Flushing, Queens eating these type of snacks and boy, eating these brought me back to those good times!

I'm from the Bay Area so naturally -- I'm a boba snob. I have to call out good boba when I have it especially if it's out of the competing foodie scene of California. We spent the afternoon venturing through Waco, and wanted to pick up a refresher before heading back to the house. The consensus in the car was to stop for boba. This shop itself is super spacious and offers plenty of seating to get some laptop time in. We ordered our drinks based on the recommendations from the barista and were well on our way within 10 minutes of stopping in. My tea was not too sweet just as I requested and the toppings were generously added based on preferences. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area. Support local small businesses y'all!

It was a warm day so to cool off we drove here to get refreshed. Just made a quick stop to order cold drinks. I had the Wacoco Organic coconut black tea with a house sweetener and oat milk tea and mango popping boba. My son had Bee U Green Tea, Jasmine green tea with strawberry puree. Well my drink was delicious with every silent popping mango boba inside my mouth made my warm day entertaining and cool!!!

Stopped in on a drive through Waco, and this place almost made me think about staying in town for a while. Probably the best curry dish I've ever had. The cabbage was the perfect addition to the curry, which wasn't as flavorful on its own. The portion size was pretty large for $10 and left me feeling full for the rest of the day. I also had a strawberry matcha latte at 50% sweetness, which I'd recommend getting a bit sweeter if that's what you're after. The interior felt really trendy and cozy, and there were a few children's books available in English and Mandarin to flick through while waiting. They also offer a small selection of pan dulce by the register, which looked very tempting.

Waco Cha Went to the store front next to Alpha Omega, their service was very quick and good. Galaxy Lemonade was a purple color lemonade, was okay nothing that would get me excited. Milk Tea with Boba is a favorite among the college crowd and they will come back for their Boba drinks. They generally are at the Saturday and Sunday Farmers Market. Some of their t-shirts are fun and popular.

My friend and I had seen this place on Instagram, so we stopped by when we were hanging out in Waco. Drinks: 5/5 I got the galaxy lemonade, which was really good! It was refreshing, and it wasn't too tart. My friend got the strawberry matcha, and she said that it tasted good too. Boba: 3/5 The boba itself had a subtle hint of sweetness, which made it tasty! Unfortunately the texture of it was way too soft, instead of being firmer and chewier like I've typically had at other boba places.

The boba hits just right. Surprised that Waco has a legit boba shop. The place has a lot of open tables to study and the wifi is reliable. Note, the parking lot is the sandy lot across from Cha Community. You can also just park along the street in front of the place.

Great tasting Matcha and Boba! The place is cute, love the bar sitting in front of the window. Perfect for a gloomy day! Great customer service!.

TLDR; Best Boba in Waco, period! Get some ASAP. My Favorites: Vietnamese Coffee (25% Sweetened, Extra Boba ); Milky Way (25% Sweetened, Extra Boba); Galaxy Lemonade . I've been to multiple boba places in Waco, and the care and dedication Waco Cha puts into crafting their drinks definitely shows - I haven't gotten something that I HAVEN'T liked yet! I also have introduced friends who don't like Boba to Waco Cha and they love the drinks too, even without the Boba. Vibe of the store is really chill, too. This is a 5-star Waco gem with a great mission to help build strong communiTEA! Love it!

Anyone that knows me knows I love boba tea. Waco Cha is the real deal. It's so fresh and authentic, and by far the best place to get boba tea in Waco. It's not powdery and artificial like some other places can be. You can tell the ingredients are 100% real. Also, the options are plentiful. So many different teas to pick! The artwork outside and inside the building is so incredible. I'm a huge fan. Another wonderful thing about Waco Cha is how invested in the community they are. I first had Waco Cha at the Waco Farmer's Market and am thrilled they have a food truck and a store front. Waco Cha is amazing! Go, go, go if you have not been!

The food here is absolutely amazing, and the cook deserves five stars for doing an EXCELLENT job!…read moreMy mother and I visited today, and everything we ate tasted wonderful. Unfortunately, the two women working the front register completely ruined the experience and made us never want to go back. When we first arrived, both employees were glued to their phones. We had to struggle just to get their attention to ask a basic question about the ordering kiosk. Because we were paying with cash, we had to order directly at the register, but the cashier acted like she wasn't even listening to us. Later, I needed to go back up to the counter to ask for a second plate. My mom and I were splitting our lunch--we intentionally ordered a large portion and an extra side of rice to do this--but the cashier rudely snapped at me, saying she had "already given me a plate." (She only gave us one.) To make matters worse, the front-of-house environment felt incredibly unprofessional. At one point, the cashier had her top pulled up and her pants pulled down around her hips to show off a stomach tattoo to her coworker right at the counter. After the interaction, she was so incredibly rude that we could actually hear her talking about us all the way from our table. It is incredibly sad that such talented kitchen staff and great food are being dragged down by such terrible, unprofessional customer service at the front. Management really needs to address this

What I found was a great little sushi joint that had some interesting Asian twists to follow along. When I arrived, the dining area was fairly busy, yet felt comfortable in the modern Asian restaurant style, slightly reminiscent of a Pei-Wei. I admit, I can't do this place justice because I was tired and did not get enough photos of the place. Even though I hate using order yourself kiosk, I can't complain much about the ones at Wako Roll. The system provides you good images of the items you are selecting and easy ways to substitute or add ingredients or modify your order. The menu offers a wide variety of Korean dishes including bibimbap and various varieties of bulgogi, but what caught my eyes were the Wako Roll Tacos. I ordered a Bulgogi Taco and a Spicy Pork Taco, plus a California Roll for good measure. The tacos were larger than I expected and served in a common street taco style, but LOADED with ingredients. The meat was juicy and flavorful, and the fresh vegetables added the perfect crunch. What really surprised me was the California Roll, a basic sushi staple at every sushi bar worth its name. The roll was larger than expected, tasted wonderful, was clearly freshly made, and STUFFED with a marinated, shredded crab that was an unexpected treat. For the price, of $7 it was far better than I expected it to be. Traveling through Waco anytime soon? Stop at Wako Roll and try something out. Chances are, you will not be disappointed.
