I've recently become a big matcha fan so I stopped by. I got the lavender matcha and it was good. Not too lavender-y and ube-y once you mix it up.

First time trying matcha. I got the strawberry matcha and my friend got the pistachio cloud matcha. Both were good but I preferred the pistachio cloud matcha. With the strawberry matcha it was very chunky. The atmosphere in the place was stunning. Very inviting and aesthetic. Only complaint was there was no bathroom. Service was fast and kind. Will come back!

It's safe to say it isn't all hype--they have good matcha whisked to order, friendly employees, and thoughtfully designed stores--but I don't think I'd come here regularly. Cha Cha feels more like a place I'd go to treat myself. Still worth a visit!

Super cute & girly. Good selection of matcha & other drinks, small selection of baked goods. Service was kind and quick

Every once in a while the matcha bug hits and Cha Cha Matcha's adorably cute and pink & green space drew me in. The team was kind and friendly and the space really is wonderful. The specialty lattes all sounded so good, but the one I was eyeing was currently unavailable so I went with just a classic matcha latte. Solid drink, but nothing too spectacular or worth the high price. I probably wouldn't stop in again.

I've been a Cha Cha Matcha regular for years, but my most recent visit was genuinely awful. The new cups they're using are extremely flimsy and low-quality. My friend's completely collapsed under the lid, causing matcha to explode everywhere. It splattered across the counter, the napkins, my clothes, and her hands. It was such a mess that we had to clean everything up ourselves, and they didn't even remake the drink! Accidents happen, but what made this experience especially disappointing was the lack of accountability or care. I emailed the hello@chachamatcha.com with photos explaining what happened, hoping for a resolution or at least an acknowledgment... and never received any response at all. This was honestly unacceptable to me. I truly hope they address the cup issue and take customer feedback more seriously, because right now the quality and service are nowhere near what they used to be. My coworkers and I will be choosing a different establishment for our afternoon matcha walks.

Delicious drinks and big menu with variety! Atmosphere is so cute. Prices are a bit high but very good quality and customer service! Come to Dallas and start a reward program.'

Delicious matcha! Cha cha matcha is a NYC must for matcha! Great flavorful matcha- complex flavor profile and not watery at all! I also like how thick and creamy their oat milk is. I tried their purple drink for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. I love the color- gorgeous! The balance between ube and lavender was very nice- you can taste each distinct flavor. Overall, I highly recommend and will be returning to try their strawberry matcha!

A really cute matcha store with cozy seating indoors. I ordered the strawberry matcha latte with oat milk and really liked it! They have a huge array of options and I would definitely come back! Back home in the Bay mango matcha and banana matcha are trending, hopefully Cha Chas offers those options soon!

Soooo good!! Came to this matcha spot after walking around NY for a little treat. The place is a little small but really cute. The service was really fast, they were not that busy when I went on Sunday. I got the strawberry matcha and it was so good! I also tried the lemonade matcha and it was delicious/refreshing.

The matcha was amazing! If you've only had matcha at Starbucks and didn't like I promise you will love it here! It was packed, but for good reason! I love the cute atmosphere too.

Finallyyy got around to trying this matcha spot since there wasn't a crazy line when I walked by. Definitely a fun instagrameable spot, but don't let the decor fool you- the matcha is great quality. I ordered the matcha nitro latte which was recommended. It's nitro infused with coconut almond milk and vanilla. I honestly didn't taste much vanilla and it wasn't as sweet as I like my matcha. So definitely more of a bolder matcha drink. I added a bit more of the complimentary simple syrup they provide by the counter. Great experience and happy I tried it (although I prefer to support smaller local cafes)! The matcha ice cream seems fun too.

What a beautiful little matcha and Japanese cold brew shop this is and totally reasonably priced. I got a pumpkin spice matcha latte to go and it's delicious! The employees are so welcoming and wonderful!! They brew the Japanese coffee for 8 hours and it's strong!!

The regular and matcha have both been good in my experience. I don't like chocolate cake, so I haven't tried that variety. I wish the pumpkin was available in the smaller size too! I've tried their boba, and it isn't good. The hot teas are okay but not great. They're pretty much just syrup and milk. I would avoid the drinks and just get the desserts! I haven't personally tried the bingsoo, but I've heard good things. The waffle is alright--all in all, come here to recharge and for the basque cheesecake!

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
