We weren't equipped to make the necessary modifications cutting through tile and countertop. I called Julio, described the problem. He said he could do the repair but need monies for the parts up front. To the tune of approximately $500. Yikes! But we needed a freezer. A short time later he said he had the ice maker but none of the other parts. He then ceased all communications. We reached out to credit card company and disputed the expense, inasmuch as we had received neither repairs nor communications. GoodFellas had the audacity to challenge that dispute! Bottom line: of they get the work done, well and good but if they ask for monies in advance: beware, their ethics are on a sliding scale.

I hired many handyman before and Carlos is truly the best. I was nothing but satisfied with the entire processes from begging to end. It is very rare to see a crew so professional and genuine work on projects these days. In addition, Carlos has an extremely smart crew that can make things work. You should consider yourself lucky if you are able to get them!! ADDITIONAL NOTES: No matter how big or small the job is, Carlos and his team do more than expected. Fixing the doors worked out great! All of the homes built by this one builder in our development had doorways which were not squared so when the doors were added, they did not close properly or lock. When Carlos fixed the doors he made a point to remove the screws that came with the hardware and replaced them with longer screws that would go deeper into the wall frames and add stability when opening and closing the doors over time. When one of Carlos' crew was fixing the irrigation leak we saw the leak had rotted out the wooden square that the deck was mailed to, so the deck sunk down every time you stepped in that spot. Carlos (one of the crew), dug out and replaced the wood which was not part of the quote, but greatly appreciated. When the fountain was moved, it had dirt caked in the bottom and Carlos made the extra effort of cleaning it out so it looks very nice in its new spot. When installing the lights, Carlos used better wire caps than the ones that came with the lights because they had a better grip to prevent the wired from slipping out of the caps. .
