Poor customer service I voiced that I wasn't happy with part…read moreof my driveway that JDM did. The filler between the expansion joints looked sloppy and like it was done in a hurry. The expansion joints were also almost 2 inches in some parts. When I expressed my concerns and asked that at least the filler be redone I was told they would rip up the filler but would not replace it. I had told them that was fine but repeated I wanted the filler gone. The owner said they would be out in a week to do that. It's been 3 weeks and the sloppy work is still there. Customer service was very poor. Owner got very defensive right away instead of trying to fix the problem I expressed.

You then contact me a week before you are going to begin work to confirm. ...and then you show up on the day you promise, complete the work in the time promised, and even at the price quoted?!?!?!
