They took a lot of pictures prior to starting which not only helped file the claim for my insurance but made sure to be here when the adjuster was out & helped me in the whole insurance process. While other companies just left us hanging and didn't call us back, this company came through! We asked for a couple of custom changes and Jeff was extremely accommodating. The employee from KBD who came and finished the job for us and fix the mess left by Henry's Painting & Contracting was appalled by what he saw. They used PARTICLE BOARD to build our cupboards! Their crew left a pile of their trash on our deck for us to clean up. They also ruined my step stool when they left it covered in paint, because apparently they couldn't bring their own step stool??? They were supposed to replace my step stool and of course that didn't happen. They have removed my pictures before so I am posting them again so others can see for themselves and make a well informed decision about if they want to give their hard earned money to this unscrupulous company. Lastly, after all the delays, lies and poor work, they kept $7500 of our money that we paid in advance for the kitchen remodel which they refused to finish. That is how horribly this company treats its customers.
