Mix that with the limited selection a store of their scale offers, I don't even try going here anymore. I'm guessing by the amount of business I see from contractors, they give special pricing for repeat high volume customers, but unfortunately this pricing scheme keeps the average consumer away.

The driver stopped, then said he could plow out my driveway quickly if I would move the car in it. We have a 3 stall garage and the driveway was pretty well drifted in. I backed the car out and he made quick work of it. What a blessing! As far as being heaven-sent, not more than a minute before Meeks arrived, I ran over a buried newspaper that completely jammed my snowblower chute! We had a really good experience with this company. We were scrambling to find someone to finish a…read morejob that another contractor started but crapped out on us. Mike stepped in quickly and knocked out our long to-do list including retiling two bathrooms, installing closet doors, scraping and repainting exterior trim and a whole host of small items to get our house ready to sell. We were out of town and Mike communicated frequently, keeping us apprised of the progress without having to track him down. We are really lucky we found him when we did.

I went to my bank, withdrew the money because they wanted me to pay cash. They then text me 15 minutes AFTER they said they would be there to say something came up and they couldn't do the job. Didn't offer another time they could come out or anything. All he said is "sorry things come up". Which I totally understand. But it's not professional to cancel a job completely after you were already expected to be there. He then proceeds to tell me that he's never had a customer be this rude to him. I wasn't rude at all, just justifiably upset. And technically I'm not a customer. So this isn't a review of the work they actually do. This is a review for their professionalism.
