I'm guessing by the amount of business I see from contractors, they give special pricing for repeat high volume customers, but unfortunately this pricing scheme keeps the average consumer away.

The owner, Teresa Horton, ignored my voicemails, calls, and texts to complete the lease then told me 3 days prior to the lease beginning she never received my application so I agreed to change the date so the completion of contract was to take place 4/1/2024 and new move in date was 4/5/2024. I was approved again 3/30/2024 though never heard from her until 1:52am 4/2/2024 via text. Very unprofessional. I was forced to cancel my movers and delay my work in that area last minute as I lost faith I would have the contract signed and keys prior to the move.
