After a year of having my veneers, it's always a great feeling going to my local dentist to have him cleaning for him to compliment me on my veneers and say they were done very well! Would absolutely recommend CG smile! read more

I paid $4,500 for bottom veneers at CG Smile Miami. Here is my honest experience: Within days of placement my veneers changed color to yellow and grayish. I returned to the clinic on July 8th where they repolished them. The color changed again within days after that visit. This alone proves that genuine BL1 emax porcelain Hollywood Smile veneers should not change color and these did, twice. Approximately 3 to 4 weeks after placement one veneer fell off completely while simply and gently flossing. I have my upper veneers done by a different provider years ago and have never had a single issue with them. The clinic's claims department refused any refund or partial credit despite these quality failures. I have full photo documentation and all email correspondence saved. I am sharing this to protect others considering this clinic. Please do your research before proceeding. read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience because I would never want someone else to go through what I did. The biggest disappointment was not just the quality of the dental work--it was the complete lack of compassion and empathy throughout my treatment. During one of my procedures, I repeatedly felt significant pain. When I expressed that it hurt, the doctor dismissed my concerns and told me it didn't hurt. I stopped speaking up because I felt that if I stayed quiet, he would finish faster. What should have been a professional dental procedure felt more like torture. Since the beginning of my treatment, I have had to take ibuprofen every six hours just to manage the pain, and I continue to experience severe sensitivity. Throughout the procedures, the doctor became visibly frustrated with me multiple times because my tongue or lower lip was "in the way." The reality was that my mouth was completely numb from the anesthesia. I couldn't feel where my tongue or lip was, yet I could repeatedly sense his frustration instead of receiving patience or understanding. Being made to feel like an inconvenience while lying in a dental chair was incredibly distressing. Communication was also very unprofessional. I was often asked questions while my mouth was held open and instruments were inside it, as though I was expected to answer. In addition, while the doctor was actively working on my teeth, staff members frequently interrupted him with questions about other patients or evaluations. Instead of feeling like the focus was on my care, I felt like I was constantly competing for the doctor's attention. When I became uncomfortable enough to request a different doctor, I spoke with the office manager. I was told they could not change doctors. By that point, my teeth had already been drilled, and walking away was no longer a realistic option. What hurt even more was how my concerns were handled. When I explained my experience, the office manager told me she did not believe me. She also told me, "You chose this clinic, so you should have known." That statement was especially disappointing because I had only scheduled my initial appointments based on my availability, driving back and forth from Tampa to Miami for treatment. Rather than listening to my concerns or trying to resolve them, I felt blamed for my own experience. On top of everything else, I was fitted with temporary teeth that I was supposed to wear until my permanent restorations were ready. I was told these temporaries would closely resemble my final teeth, including their shape and color. Unfortunately, they lasted only one day before they started breaking apart. From that point forward, they continued to shatter every single day until my next appointment. Not only were they extremely fragile, but they also looked nothing like what I had been promised. The color and appearance were far from the expected result. I am attaching photos so others can see exactly what I experienced. After investing approximately $25,000, I expected high-quality work and exceptional patient care. Unfortunately, I received neither. My teeth are not even straight, I continue to suffer from extreme sensitivity, and the emotional impact of feeling dismissed, ignored, and trapped throughout the process has stayed with me. A beautiful smile should never come at the expense of a patient's dignity, comfort, or trust. Technical skill is important, but compassion, communication, and respect are equally essential in healthcare. Sadly, those qualities were missing from my experience. read more

STAY AWAY Very unprofessional, money hungry, horrible customer service and 7 Months Waiting for a Refund That Is Clearly Owed I am extremely disappointed with my experience with CG Smile. It has now been seven months since I requested a refund for procedures that were never performed. According to my signed contract, I am clearly entitled to receive this refund, yet I am still waiting for my money. In response to my previous review, CG Smile claimed that all of my calls and concerns had been answered. However, simply replying with vague statements such as "we will let you know" or "we will forward your message to the appropriate person," only for no one to ever follow up with an actual answer or resolution, does not constitute proper communication or customer care. Answering a phone call without providing any meaningful information, timeline, or solution is not addressing a customer's concerns, it is poor customer service and a failure to honor your commitments. I have been patient and have given CG Smile more than enough time to resolve this matter. I am once again requesting that my refund be processed immediately, as required by our agreement. Seven months is an unreasonable amount of time to keep a customer waiting for money that is rightfully owed. read more

File a small claims against Cg smiles. DO NOT GIVE CG SMILE YOUR MONEY -- AND DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. Learn from my experience. Also most of the positive reviews on google is fake and paid for by a Ai bot review farm. I found CG Smile through social media and was contacted by Massile, their unprofessional and rude patient coordinator. After sending a $1,000 deposit and then the full payment of $6,400, the red flags started immediately. They require full payment upfront, which I now know is a major scam tactic. 2 days before my appointment Without warning, Massile scheduled me at a different clinic -- Moderna Dental, almost an hour away from my house. I showed up and, after a basic cleaning, was told I wasn't a candidate for veneers, only crowns -- despite being told the opposite after submitting my X-rays and photos. They clearly approve everyone just to take their deposit money (red flag3) . Only a licensed dentist should be making that decision -- not a coordinator. I asked for a refund and was given the runaround. It's now been TWO YEARS, and I still haven't received a dime. I've emailed their accounting and claims departments multiple times. At first, they acknowledged my request -- then completely ignored all follow-ups. They're hoping I'll give up. I won't. To make it worse, Massile tried to talk me out of going to Colombia, saying they'd "mess it up." The truth? I would have received better, more ethical care in Colombia or Turkey -- at a fraction of the cost. CG Smile uses bait-and-switch tactics and traps patients with shady contracts. Go to Colombia or Turkey if you want real dental work from honest professionals. Avoid CG Smile at all costs. I'm still waiting for my refund. CG Smile -- make this right. read more

CG Smiles 2601 SW 37th Ave. Ste 702, Miami, FL 33133 Beware: This company is a scam and their customer service is horrible I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company, and I strongly advise against doing business with them. Here's my story: I initially contacted them to get my veneers done in Miami. I spoke with a representative named Sonjia, who kept promising that my preferred appointment dates were available. However, she was extremely difficult to communicate with ; she would often not call me back at the agreed times, so I would have to follow up repeatedly. For two weeks straight, I kept cancelling and rebooking my flights because the only reason I was going to Miami was to get the veneers done. Meanwhile, I also spoke to another guy from the same company, who was easier to communicate with. He made me believe that scheduling was simpler and didn't promise to call me back constantly like Sonjia did. Still, both seem to be salespeople, likely working on commission. The worst part is their outright scammy behavior. They immediately want you to pay a $5,000 deposit; regardless of whether your appointment is a week away, two weeks away, or a month away. They initially asked for $1,000, but once they knew I had my flight booked, they suddenly said I needed to pay the full $5,000. They claimed it was because the appointment was close and they were fully booked, but it's clear they're just trying to scam money out of people. Throughout this entire process, the story kept changing. Every time I spoke to someone, there was a different excuse or story. Sonjia was especially terrible at following through and communicating clearly ; she would say one thing and then do another. From reviews and my experience, I can tell this is a scam operation. The reviews are horrible, especially regarding the surgery side of their services. If you're thinking about getting dental work from them, do your homework and read all the reviews first. My advice: Stay far away. They want your money upfront, and they will string you along or scam you out of it. Don't fall for their lies. read more

The experience so far has been bizarre. First off they rushed me into getting the veneers pretty much felt forced and once they started sanding the teeth it obviously was forced. Secondly the dentist did not like the fact that I did not like my first or second mold and failed to check the temps and decided not to and then or prep them. 20 minutes after leaving a piece broke off, there is air space in them or has been 6 days and over 15 calls and they do not respond when they do which has been twice they say they'll call me back with an appointment and never call back. The pain I'm feeling is unbearable. Going to have to get an attorney from what it looks like and they still have not finished the Permanent veneers. Had someone look at the molars that are exposed from the temps chipping and it seems they didn't even do a proper cleaning although they charged over 1000 dollars for it. I regret not checking all the reviews before signing up. Within a few days, I realized it wasn't the right fit and decided to cancel. However, they also promised a refund within 30 days, and here we are at the end of February, and I still haven't received my money. Their customer service has been nothing but excuses and delays. If they remain unresponsive, I will be filing complaints with: - The Better Business Bureau (BBB) - My state's attorney general office - The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) If you're considering this business, think twice before signing anything. CG Smile - Review for CGC Smile Miami - Cosmetic Dentists Near Me - Miami, Florida

Please don't be misled by all the advertising. Save your time, money, and stress. My sister had her veneers done at one of their clinics. The offices are clean and well-presented, and while most of the staff are kind, some become unprofessional and rude, especially once you've already paid and start returning with issues. My sister has already lost seven, yes, seven, and is only been a year since she had them done. Their latest excuse is that this happened because she wasn't wearing a night guard, even though they saw this in her file and never mentioned it to her. After she returned for the sixth veneer that fell off, they suddenly decided to give her a night guard "for free" just yesterday. If the issue were truly due to not wearing a night guard, why is it different veneers falling off each time instead of the same one? That explanation makes no sense. I have repeatedly messaged the owner Camila Guiribitey, and the only response I've received is a casual "Hola Maribel". Quite a different attitude from when I first reached out a year ago to schedule my sister's procedure. We are still waiting for a proper and reasonable response, but so far, nothing.

CG Smile in Miami Review of the dentist and the sales person Solainch at CG Smile. Go get your veneers else where pay a bit more but only charge $ 500 deposit . Stay Away from CG Smile in Miami - Salesperson Solainch I contacted them first, and they wanted a $1,000 deposit. After I paid that, I bought the airplane ticket, hotel, and car. But then they hit you with all kinds of extra bullshit ; suddenly, they tell you that you need a $5,000 deposit, which is non-refundable. I asked how long I needed to wait so I wouldn't have to pay that huge deposit, and they said a month or three weeks in advance. I did that. I canceled my flight; which cost me money ; then I tried again, booking two months ahead. Once I got the ticket, the flight, the hotel, and everything else, they put me on hold and then claimed I needed to pay a $5,000 deposit after talking to a doctor. The same doctor who's driving Lamborghinis while they're running this scam. Their reviews are horrible; practically all one-star ; but they still want to keep your money. If I could give this business 0 Stars, I would. CG Smile is completely operating in BAD faith and continuously doing fraud. Charging over $12k for goods and services never rendered. When reaching out to them over this grave error, ORNELLA, in a roundabout way, insinuated that my mother was stupid and incompetent. They quoted her for the procedure over the phone, never even saw her face, all in Spanish, then sent all the documentation in English and pressured her to sign and telling her nothing would be charged and she had the power to cancel to receive an pver 12K bill. I don't know about others reading this, but it sounds to me like an absolute scam. We will be pursuing further action against this business to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Florida Board of Dentistry, and anyone else whom we can reach. To anyone reading this who feels this happened to you, I urge you to do the same. This is completely unacceptable and morally wrong, and how a business can operate this way is beyond me. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at CG Smiles. I have reached out multiple times and still have not received a call from anyone in management. I was told the only way to reach a manager was through email, and I was given a manager's name, but to this day, no one has contacted me. this office does not appear experienced in veneers. The veneers I received were all the same size and thickness. If you are someone who wants smaller or more natural looking teeth, this may not be the place for you. What I received looked like the same teeth I had before, just whiter, but not refined or customized to my request. Though they said they can do it. The hospitality was also very poor. There was little compassion or care shown for the fact that this is a serious dental procedure, not just a cosmetic work. While waiting to be seen, I witnessed a young woman run out of the office crying. At the time I didn't understand why, but after my own experience, I honestly wish I had walked out right after her. Financially, this experience was extremely upsetting. You are given one price, but once you are already there and committed, you are told you need to pay more. I was charged an additional $3,600, which I was not prepared for. It felt like once you are in the chair, the focus became money rather than patient care. Physically, I am still suffering. I cannot eat properly because one side of my bite has spacing. I also cannot drink anything hot or cold, everything must be lukewarm due to ongoing pain in my bottom teeth. Because of this entire experience, I don't want smile. I've also got depressed because of this. I'm very concerned because I am bleeding from one of my upper teeth also, which is especially alarming since this tooth has a crown that was placed by this office. That tooth already had a cavity, and now I am left questioning whether it was properly treated and whether the work was done correctly. This has added anxiety and concern about my dental health. What is most disappointing is that I was not asking for a full refund. I simply requested a partial refund so I could fix what was done wrong and seek corrective treatment elsewhere. Instead, I was ignored. At CG Smiles once the money is collected, patient concerns no longer matter. This office is LEARNING how to do veneers, and the pricing reflects that. You get what you pay for. If you are considering veneers, I strongly recommend going to a practice with extensive experience specifically in veneers, where customization, comfort, and patient care are clearly prioritized. At this point, I will be seeking legal advice regarding my next steps. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a complete scam. From start to finish, it has been a mess of lies, bait and switch tactics, and shady business practices. When you speak to the coordinator and you get that sense of shadiness, you've gone too far.."Turn around!!!!" We paid $6,400 in full for 16 veneers. My contract even says paid in full. On top of that, we spent over $5,000 traveling to Miami. That included $3,000 on hotels and flights, another $2,000 on food and expenses, and 8 days away from our kids. All of that just to be told, when we arrived, that we suddenly owed another $7,400 for crowns we never agreed to. That brings the total to $13,800, which is way beyond the budget we were very clear about from the start. If we had known this, we would have gone to a trusted clinic in Turkey and received far better treatment for less money. Instead of my wife being treated at CG Smile like we expected, she was sent to some random place called Moderna Dental. It felt like a cover to hide what CG is really doing. After talking with the dentist, we were blindsided by the $7,400 upcharge. That was never mentioned before, and again, we had already paid in full. When we refused to pay more, they told us we could cancel but would lose $1,000 just for backing out. At that point, we tracked down the actual CG Smile office about 20 minutes away. We walked into a locked building, finally got in, and found what operated like a sweatshop. The workers pointed us to an office manager who barely spoke English and had no real answers. After going back and forth, she offered us a "better deal" of $5,000 instead of $7,400. Still outside our budget. I told her I did not want to do business with CG Smile or anyone connected to it and asked for a refund. She said the cancellation fee was now $1,400 instead of $1,000 because my wife got an X-ray. So now, just for walking in and doing the bare minimum, we are out $1,400. When a contract says paid in full and our budget was clearly stated, how does it make sense to suddenly demand another $7,400? It is obvious this is how they operate. I would not be surprised if they do this to 50 people a month, pulling in over $600,000 a year in cancellations alone. I will be tracking down the owner, their LinkedIn, and any investors tied to CG Smile to make sure this gets seen. Taking advantage of people like this is unethical. Oh yeah, when we told the office manager we might go to Turkey, she told us not to because they would mess it up. The irony hit hard in that moment, because we were already getting screwed right here in America. What they charged us is no different than the cost of any U.S. dentist and three times more than what we would have paid in Turkey, with better dentists. Do not screw yourself by going here. You will regret it if they fuck you over, and when they do, you will remember this post and wish you had trusted your gut. read more

Their appointment system is absolutely chaotic and disorganized -- you'll spend endless hours trying to schedule or confirm even the simplest visit. Their customer service is shockingly unprofessional and unresponsive, and getting anyone on the phone is nearly impossible. The receptionists are careless, and clearly not trained to help patients with even the most basic needs. On top of that, their overall management is completely incompetent and disrespectful to clients' time and trust. Please save yourself the frustration and avoid any kind of business with CG Smiles. You have been warned! ¡Quedan advertidos! read more

Fraudulent Scammers! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They are awful! 1st, they tell you one price, get you approved by "cherry" finance. Then once they've already charged you that full amount, they say you'll need a few thousand dollars more of work. Then they offer to get you approved by another credit card "Alphaeon". Then once you're paid in full they start the work. They gave me YELLOW plastic vaneers. I asked for white porcelain vaneers, and that is what my treatment plan and receipt says. They are YELLOW!!! My teeth are now darker than they were before I went there. They refuse to even call me back, let alone fix the problem or refund me. I have called, emailed, texted, even went on all of their social media and they just delete my comments and block me. I won't stop fighting though! So please beware! All of the negative reviews are 100% true. read more

DO NOT GIVE CG SMILES ANY MONEY AND DO NOT SIGN ANY DOCUMENTS-please learn from me! I saw there instagram ad and was curious about getting veneers! I was contacted by Massile (super horrible and unprofessional patient coordinator). After sending a $1000 deposit that when I noticed some small issues. 1.) You are required to pay up front for your services- this should have been a major red flag and I choose to ignore it! 2) After sending the final payment $6400 the professionalism went down the toilet, Massile was rude and unresponsive. I set an appointment with her only for her to schedule me at completely different dental office who is under the cg smiles network-( Moderna smiles.) I was messaged the coordinator and ask her how can you schedule a patient to a new location that is almost an hour away and do not inform me at all. 2) I was shocked at her response. furthermore, I showed up at my appointment at moderna smiles and only after cleaning my teeth they informed me that they cannot put veneers on only crowns. Initially , prior to sending any funds ...the patient coordinator told me I was a perfect candidate for veneers after sending my X-rays and photos to her but it was all a lie they pre approve anyone just to obtain your money. Only a dentist should be able to approve you or give a consultation as to whether you are a candidate for veneers. After the failed appointment, I then asked for a refund and was given the run around for MONTHS. I disputed with my bank but paperwork they make you sign has clauses in that says if they cancel an appointment or cannot perform a service you are not entitled to any of your money back. I will be filing a law suit against them! read more
