You are considering investing in your smile, and it is important to seek high-quality work. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this particular establishment. Prior to my arrival from Texas, I had already sent over X-rays and pictures. I was quoted a specific amount and paid the full amount in advance of my appointment. However, I must express my discomfort with the presence of a security guard at the door, who prevented anyone else from entering. You It appears that I was not treated as a valued patient during my recent visit to your dental clinic. Instead, I felt as if I was being processed through a factory, with little regard for my individual needs or concerns. After my cleaning, I was informed that I required a filling or a small crown on a tooth that already had a filling. I have photographic evidence of my x-rays both before and after the procedure, which clearly indicate that a filling was not performed, despite being charged for it. Furthermore, after the completion of the treatment, I was pressured to leave a positive review before I had even left the room. This practice of coercing patients into leaving reviews is highly unethical and unprofessional. Upon returning home to Texas, I discovered that my bite was misaligned and causing discomfort to my bridge. I was forced to undergo multiple adjustments to correct this issue, and I also noticed that my front tooth was not properly aligned with the others. As I was numb and had debris in my mouth at the time of the procedure, I was unable to fully assess the results until later. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the clinic and request all relevant documentation, they have refused to provide me with anything other than copies of my payments. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable, as I am entitled to a complete record of the work that was supposedly performed. In summary, I was charged for services that were not rendered, and the clinic has since refused to address my concerns or provide me with the necessary documentation. This is a serious breach of trust and professionalism, and I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter. It is understandable that the financial burden and time commitment associated with dental procedures can be significant. I was assured from the outset that they would collaborate with my dentist, and if I incurred any expenses due to problems with their veneers, they would assist me. However, this has not been the case. Nevertheless, I trust that if legal action is taken and the establishment is forced to close, they will make every effort to rectify the situation. read more

This office is a disgrace to the dental profession. I had to pre pay for services, and then when the services were not performed, they are refusing to refund my money,,,do not deal with this office, I am reporting this office to the Florida health department and am in contact with the Florida Attorney General to try to file fraud charges against the two owners, who are Dr. Juan Izquierdo and Dr. Camila Guiribitey. Do not do business with this office. read more

See all negative reviews, please! they are telling the truth. I have been in pain since my work was done 2 months ago, unable to eat. Two veneers fell out within 2 weeks of the original placement. The bite was off and the pain and sensitiveness horrific. I have been to my dentist in Texas, 5 times and am still in pain, going for my sixth visit next week. I can't eat, or drink cold or warm is so painful. Called after and they will tell you you chose to come to Florida, which is your problem. Now the saving money is way over what I could have paid in Texas. Be aware when they are trying to sell you the service they will be pushy and all those salespeople will disappear right after you fall for the so-called savings. Don't fall for it! I regret it so much, just like so many others here. Where is the MIA dental board? The picture showing is bogus. read more

I had a total mouth restoration. One implant was put in too deep and they were never able to put the tooth in properly, now I have serious problems. I've been trying to work with them in a friendly manner. They ignore my calls, when they do answer, they make excuses and insist they will make it right and never call back. They lie they cheat and now I'm going to have to hire an attorney to have my mouth fixed. read more

February 28th**UPDATE** It was over 1 month from my last visit, Dr. Luis acknowledge the discoloration of the veneers which are not white, instead yellowish. He committed to replacing all 20 veneers, I have not heard back from the office to schedule the visit although in front of me he asked the staff to schedule an entire day appointment. I call the office and can't speak to anyone, if you leave a message, sit and wait for someone to call you back, I have been in contact with the office front desk manager via her personal phone, sometimes she answers my messages, but most of the times a week goes by and she does not reply. Last lie was, she is still waiting for the owner to approve it and an available appointment, that was over one week ago, you mean to say that although the doctor approved the replacement over one month ago, this decision hasn't been discussed with the owner. So I asked were do I stand? This people are a joke. I am totally in disbelief of the way they operate, not to mentioned they answer all reviews with the same lie, that they take all patients reviews serious and work to improve. This is a total BS, they absolutely don't care, once they get your money and you have an issue, you can for sure forget about it. read more

UPDATE : after a year and a half of seeing a different aesthetic dentist, a periodontist and an endodontist the only course of action was to replace all the veneers that CG Smiles put on to stop the constant pain. I can't even describe the relief I felt as soon as the new temps went on. I hadn't been able to eat anything remotely crunchy or too cold (even refrigerated was too sensitive) in over a year. After all the additional dental work I had to have done (two full crowns, 3 root canals from inclusions, two rounds of surgical crown lengthening to fix their "laser crown lengthening" , plus the new veneers, I paid an additional 35k to get the smile I wanted. AVOID THIS DENTIST IT IS NOT WORTH THE PAIN AND SUFFERING. I thought I had lost my bite forever, if I could go back in time I would have never touched my teeth. Not to mention it took me and my dentist calling and emailing over the course of weeks for them to send over only some of my dental records. read more

I talked with this clinic, namely with the coordinator Brandon Alvarez. I have never encountered such rudeness before. I clearly outlined the required solution, but instead they imposed another one on me, at an inflated price, and even before identifying my problem they wrote about an advance payment of $1000. When I made it clear to them that it was expensive, they began to point out problems that did not exist for me, although the person giving the consultation was a coordinator, not a dentist. Hinting that they do it poorly elsewhere, but they do it well and that's why the price is so high. Absolutely boorish attitude. Purchased reviews on Google also indicate that they are not adequate. That's horrible. I hope this clinic closes. read more

If you don;t like getting screwed, avoid this place. Our daughter-in -law had a decent experience and saved money driving to Miami / That was the only reason we paid up front 15 days in advance to have implants done on my wife. We get there and they refuse to do the work because my wife was on a medication that was a red flag to do implants. WE were never asked by the call center hustler if she was on any medication. Long story short we asked for our refund and were told procedure was cancelled, and per contract CG smile will not refund any money if a procedure is cancelled 0-14 days from procedure " EVEN IF THEY CANCEL THE PROCEDURE FOR ANY REASON" Unfortunately, this little clause is in the contract. We could reschedule for a fee and go back, however, after the run around & no return phone calls - I never want to see these parasites again. It's a bunch of 30 something kids hustling - a money grab with low quality dental work / read more

The atmosphere, the treatment, the energy, make up a perfect amalgam. Overflowing in warmth, candidness and empathy. They have gifts that I thought were in extinction. They listen to you, criteria are shared, analyzed, give the best of them and make the best of you emerge. The level of professionalism is extremely high. I mention Dr. Izquierdo and his assistant alias El Niño, they are the comfort personified, you forget that they are in a dental clinic, it makes you feel at home. I waited a while to post this because I was hoping CG Smile would eventually do as they promised and return 50% of my money. I was told to give them up to 30 days for the refund but never heard from them after that. I emailed them multiple times and even messaged my Cordinator Yari about my refund, she ignored me as well. I traveled half way across the country to CG Smiles for my first appointment scheduled June 10th 2024 for veneer. From the beginning, it was a bad experience. The lady that took pictures of my teeth was extremely rude and rushing. I told her I was not able to bite down as she instructed. With the equipment she put me in my mouth for the pictures, i couldn't. I have a small mouth and it hurt. She didn't care she just became more pushy and very rude. She began to speak in Spanish about me to her coworker, while rolling her eyes. I was already in tears as I was moved to the next room for X-rays. I was ready to leave at this point. The guy doing the X-rays watched the way the photographer treated me and seen me crying. He was a lot nicer and told me it'd be okay and to try to calm down, so I decided to stay. Then it was time for the teeth cleaning. The dental hygienist was more focus on hanging out with the two guys in the room than on my teeth. They all three sat in their just talking with one another in Spanish while I laid there mouth wide opened, getting cleaned. One of the guys was NOT part of my treatment team but he was in there just scrolling through his phone the whole time. He may have even been taking pictures for all I know. The other guy was the one who took my X-rays. I was extremely uncomfortable. The dental hygienist was in such a hurry and rushed as quickly as possible. She put so much pressure with the scrapping tool, that she left a permanent mark on my bottom front, right tooth after missing between my teeth so many times. Dr. Gonzalez then came in. She was very nice and professional. She said a list of things she wanted to do in addition to veneers. After she left, the rudest of them all, Claudia came in and said that if I want to do the things Dr. Gonzalez said then it's be an additional $4000. At this point, with the experience I've already had, I said absolutely not. Claudia then said you don't have to do all of this but you have to get a new filling and that's going be $500. She also told me multiple times that if I didn't do all the recommendations then "They probably want look good". I have a bridge in my mouth, when I first gave my down payment, the Cordinator Rodney told me (after sending pictures of my teeth) that it was fine with the bridge and there would be no additional cost and that my teeth were a perfect fit. I reminded Claudia of this and she said that is one of the reasons he isn't here anymore, he was telling patients what they wanted to hear to get their money! I asked Claudia specifically before leaving if I did not want to continue, will I get a refund. She said I would be refunded phase 2 and 3. I told her I needed to think about it. I talked to my Cordinator Yari after leaving and she said the owner wanted to take care of the cost for the filling if I would continue. Yari also said they agreed to refund some money if I did not want to move forward after I emailed exactly what happened, so I did. Before I left Florida they agreed in the email back that they would refund me 50% of the $6500, within 30 days. That was the last time they ever responded. Yari has not responded to me either. When I got back home I went to the dentist for the $500 filling they said must be paid before they did the veneers. What a surprise it was, the dentist said I do not have anywhere that needs a filling! I have proof of this dentist appointment and proof in email that they promised to return 50% of my money. Only to be ignored for three and a half months now. I have given them a lot of time and have no choice but to seek a legal advise. If anyone else has similar experiences, feel free to reach out to me so we can hold this unprofessional fraud business accountable. Stay away from this place. They are using the bait in switch technique to get you in and once you pay for your procedure and you are there, they make you pay more money! On top of this, the unprofessional manner and rudeness was very belittling and comfortable. I will continue telling my story publicly now until they refund my money, starting here. read more

Please DO NOT come to this place!!! They are not even BBB accredited, which also read those awful reviews because they are just as awful. There was no date of my procedure, no one has seen me in person, not one single service besides taking a payment over the phone was done by this office. I decided to cancel and request a refund almost 2 months ago and to this date I have not received anything, Not even a status of my refund. They lack common courtesy and most importantly communication. They love to say that's not my department and give you the run around about who to contact. But then your emailing, leaving voicemails only to get nothing in return. Your "coordinator" is all of sudden is in "meetings", helping"other customers, that's why they can't answer the phone. You try calling the front office and they act as if there absolutely nothing they can do but transfer you to voicemails or provide you emails to other departments that also don't respond. They have these expectations and rules of how they want THEIR payments but can't have the same respect for you as a person. They love to deflate the situation by calling you "sweetheart" "my love" and say they're trying to help but in reality they just don't want to give you your money back. I've explained multiple times I need the full refund for a procedure for my son and no response at all. And to the owner of this SCAM company instead of responding back to me with call or message us. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND BAD SERVICES I CAME SO EXCITED BECAUSE CAMILA GURIBITEY, THE DAUGHTER OF THE BUSINESS OWNER, SHE CONTACTED ME THROUGHOUT SOCIAL MEDIA BECAUSE SHE WAS DOING AN INSTAGRAM LIVE, and SHE SAW MY COMMENTS THAT I WAS INTERESTING ABOUT CLEAR ALIGNERS TREATMENT, SHE put ME IN CONTACT WITH YARI MARCANO ONE OF THE COORDINATORS. When they charged me everything and we set up the appointment, everything was fine. Once I got to the office, I was one hour of waiting time in the front desk area. No one of the ladies that was taking at the front desk came to ask if I needed any help or any explanation why I was waiting so long because I arrived at the office at 12:55 am, and they called me to come inside at 2, and my appointment should be at one. THE OFFICE WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY WITHOUT PATIENTS. Once I got inside, the dental assistant and the dental hygienist were so lovely; her name is Jeny, and she is a nice person. Then, the worst experience I had was with DOCTOR DR GONZALEZ YANCO; he was so unprofessional; I knew his last name because I reached out to the CG smile page. He didn't present himself as a doctor when he arrived in the room, which is called professional ethics. He didn't give a reasonable explanation about my procedure, the pro, and cons. HE NEVER EXPLAINED TO me that my teeth looked like I had any cavities or something. SOOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL. BE AWARE OF THIS DOCTOR, DR GONZALEZ JUNCO, a white Hispanic Cuban male with blue eyes; I AM SO UPSET. Once I got out of the office, I called my collaborator YARI could cancel the procedure. They took so long to give me the instructions for the refund. I spoke with the manager her name is yousi ( manager you) She didn't give me a good explanation. After calling so many times to yari, they proceeded to start the refund with the claim department. Once I gave them my answer and why I had to cancel my procedure because of an unprofessional DOCTOR. They told me I have to deduct 600 dollars because of the services. I called BAD SERVICE, PLEASE BELIEVE ON EVERY NEGATIVE COMM HERE ABOUT REFUNDS AND COMPLAINTS I HAVE READ HERE THAT SOME PEOPLE STILL WAITING FOR THEIR REFUND ABOUT 7 MONTHS and STILL NOTHING THINK VERY SERIOUSLY IF YOU WANT TO GET A PROCEDURE DONE AT THIS LOCATION OR BUSINESS read more

Awful! They just want your money and takes months to even get a refund. They love you once you let them apply for a credit card but after you don't hear nothing from them. Luckily I did not sign the papers to confirm anything but I still haven't been refunded! I left them voicemails but no call back. At the beginning they are so quick to return your calls but after they get money *Silence*. Look them up on google it's all fake reviews. I say run run run and get your teeth done anywhere else. I usually don't leave bad reviews for anything because mostly is food places and don't want hurt a business! I paid up front which is skeptical already to be honest and through Zelle. Sounds very shady but I've been wanting my teeth done for over 10 years. So I just decided to go through with it. My first appointment was on a Wednesday and they took X-rays and cleaned my teeth but they said I needed a deep cleaning and that wasn't included and it cost around $930.. GREAT. Pretty sure they could've done it without the deep cleaning but whatever that was my fault I should've just declined that and said absolutely not. Moving forward. My first appointment took about 3-4 hours then the next day they took impressions and gave me my temps. This day took the longest- 8 HOURS. My temps were absolutely beautiful I was in love and so happy I couldn't stop taking pictures of myself in the chair. Then my next appointment wasn't until the following Wednesday. (I was there a week when they told me it only took 3 days) you can imagine how much extra that cost me to stay that long, mind you I'm from New Jersey) anyway on Monday my front tooth temp cracked and came out and I called to see if I can come in so they can fix it cause it looks bad. They said yes please come in at 1:30pm.. I didn't get seen until 4:30. Wednesday comes and I was told my original scheduled doctor wasn't available that someone else was going to do it. Was not happy at all, extremely unprofessional. My veneers get placed on my teeth and I couldn't see them unless I was sitting up in chair but when I sat up they kept falling out because they weren't cemented so I could only really see them laying down which isn't a good angle. Then my doctor told me he will only put the glue on not the cement so that I'm able to see them sitting up and if I wanted to move them he can still move them.... He does so and when I said this one tooth is a little crooked can you move it, he tried to take the one off and realized he couldn't it was actually stuck to my tooth already even without the cement. So we both looked at each other very awkwardly and he said well I can fix it by shaving the bottom, also because I told him the two front teeth were awfully long and big. I told him I was nervous and not really happy because these teeth don't look like my temporaries he said don't worry we can fix them. I said yeah it needs to be fixed because at this moment I'm not happy. He gets to shaving them down but each time he shaved it wasn't straight it was more diagonal so he kept going back in and shaving to make sure they were leveled. But at this time he shaved too much. When he was done he gave me the mirror and said okay what do you think. I kept looking in the mirror and not saying anything bc I didn't like them but wasn't sure what the issue was exactly I just didn't like th way they looked they do not compliment my face or smile at all. He goes well? I say idk I don't like it at all. He asked what was wrong I said they just don't look natural and don't look like my temps. Not even close. I also asked what color cement he used and he said translucent I said I asked for white but of course too late. My teeth aren't a white color even though I chose bl2 they're very dull looking. If I knew they wouldve looked like this I would've chose bl1. OH and in the middle of them putting my veneers on they gave me a paper to sign saying I was satisfied with my veneers I said why would I sign this if you guys haven't even finished yet? He goes oh okay it's fine you can sign after. So now the paper comes back to me and I said I don't even want to sign this because I'm not happy with them he told me if I needed them to be shaved down more or if I need them to adjust my bite I can come back and they will do it. I said are you sure? He said yeah of course I go ok well that makes me feel better. After 8 hours I finally walk out of the room and some lady comes up to me and said can you give us a review on google & a video testimonial I said absolutely not. And just walked away. The front desk girl was like omg let me see, I smiled and she's like oh it looks so good do you love them? I said. No actually I don't she said what why not? I said they don't look good. she said you just have to get used to it that's how everyone feels at first so that's exactly what I told myself. as soon as I got to my hotel and really looked in the mirror I started crying immediately. I Tried calling, texting emailing, no answer. It's like impossible to get a hold of these people. So I go to my instagram and decide to comment saying I'm being ignored and I hate my teeth and would you look at that I get someone to respond and I get a call as I'm boarding the plane two days later. I said I'm already leaving I will have to come back but my teeth need to be fixed asap, she said ok. This was January 22... it is now February 16 and I've been ignored everyday I have texted or called them. Now I will go to instagram and post my horrible experience. read more

There are a lot of pros & cons and I wish I could rate each aspect separately but I will list accordingly. Pros: Dr. Luis and Daisy were the staff members that cared for me on my last visit for my veneers. They were both very nice & accommodating. There was another gentleman who prepared my teeth on the last visit that was so nice and I really appreciated his care. I showed a picture of the style I wanted and of someone I know who had them done at another place and they were very close to the picture. Slight differences that I can live with but I do wish they were a little closer to the picture, none the less, I am happy with the overall result. I cannot comment on the claim of these lasting 10-30 years and plan to update the post. The business has not been open long enough to read posts or obtain information on actual patient claims that they do last this long. Cons: My veneers are very tight making it difficult to floss. This may have to be adjusted during the follow up visit. During the last appointment, I informed the doctor and tech that one of the veneers on the lower was a different shade than the rest and they reassured me that they would all match and I needed to give it some time as they become whiter. This is pending since it has only been 2 days since they were placed. The time waiting during the second and third visits were awful. The third visit, I waited 3 hours to be called to the back. Another pt claimed 7 hours!! Once they began placing the veneers on prior to them placing them permanently they saw that there was a big discrepancy with the size of the front two. They had to have the lab remake my veneers and I was scheduled to come back the following day. A big waste of time, but it happens. When I came back, I waited another 3 hours before they called me back bc the lab had not delivered the new veneers yet. I had to change my flight 2 times due to this and asked the manager if they would cover the costs. I haven't heard back and don't think I will regarding this. The veneers look good, again, not exactly what I showed them in the picture I provided but it's okay. Another con was having to deal with the appointments constantly changing times. It was fine for us because we brought our nanny to watch out 9 week old baby and we're covered. My husband and I had to coordinate our appointments since we only had one rental car so it was a little bit of a unique situation. My husband also had his completed during the same time but was at the other location, Moderna He is very pleased with his and did not have to wait. I would suggest the other location over this one. The area the office is a little sketch but I can't expect anything else with the price I paid. We plan on returning for our 3 month follow up to address any concerns and check on the integrity of the veneers. During the initial visit, one of the doctors spoke with me about my interest in my veneers. She was very sweet, professional, and informative. She did tell me that she did not recommend veneers for me as my teeth were pretty straight and that once they shave the natural teeth down it is permanent. I did suggest to the office that this information should of been provided at the initial consultation or prior to the $1500 cleaning. I second guessed my decision initially and asked them if I could get a refund. They told me that the initial visit was going to cost $1500 for the cleaning, x-rays, & consultation. Wow! I flew from Texas, so I decided to go for the veneers. My suggestion, if you have decent teeth or great teeth, I would have the dentist see you first before all the x-rays & cleaning or speak to a dentist over the phone if you are from out of town. Another suggestion, do not book your flight on the same day or following day of your final appointment in case something changes. Unfortunately, I had to fly back the same day because I had patients to see the following day as I am also a practitioner and could not reschedule them. read more

Worst experience ever. I had gotten veneers done at another place and was unhappy with the shape of 4 of the teeth. I reached out to Cgsmile and the said they couldn't just repair the 4 teeth that I had to do them all over again. My coordinator was Leah she told me that they were having a special for $6500 and that the special was ending the next day. This is a trick to get you to hurry up and pay , because if you don't pay the $6500 at once they say the price will be $10000 or $13000 depending on the way you schedule your appointments. I explained to Leah that I had bridges that needed to be redone as well. She told me my bridges and veneers would be included. So I paid the $6500 upfront, being under duress because I wanted to get my teeth fixed so badly. After I paid everything went down hill from there. I couldn't get anyone on the phone to schedule my appoints I had to keep calling leaving voicemails and finally after a week I got a call from Leah to schedule my appointments. My dates were scheduled for the 18, 20 and 24th of May. The 1st appt phase one they did an exam x rays and a cleaning. The first appt was about 3 hours long. If your not Spanish don't bother bringing in anyone with you even if your traveling from out of the state. They will tell your husband , child boyfriend or friend whoever is with you that they cannot stay in the waiting room due to covid. Mind you the office was empty and about to close in 1 hr. so there was no one else coming in. My second appointment was scheduled for 9am, I waited and waited and waited and kept asking them what is taken so long for them to see me. They kept making excuses telling me the doctor is coming. I got up about 5 times within 3 hours and ask them why am I still waiting. Now my appt was at 9am I hadn't eaten anything. Finally after 12pm they called me back there. Now again originally they told me my bridges was included in the price with the veneers because i don't have 10 teeth beside each other to place the veneers. Before removing my old veneers the made sure to charge me an extra $1000 for removal. Them I proceeded to ask them about my bridges that's when they said oh that will be extra. So i told them you guys said it was included in the price if i would have known it wasn't i would have went somewhere else. At that point I had already paid CG $7500 and they was telling me it would be another $3600 to redo my bridges. I did not have another $3600 on top pf the $7500 that I had already paid them and they weren't willing to refund me any money either. So before starting to drill off the old veneers they didn't even give me any lidocaine. I had to keep telling them this is hurting m really badly my teeth are super sensitive eventually after I kept removing the suction hose and constantly moving they finally gave me the lidocaine. Any professional dentist should know that lidocaine is needed before doing a procedure like that especially for someone who's teeth have already been compromised before. I honestly believe these dentist just got out of school and don't know how to do the basic dental procedures let alone trying to do veneers. My teeth was hurting so badly and they just kept telling me this was normal. There is nothing normal about my teeth hurting that bad and you as a dentist having absolutely no concern about me telling you I'm in serious pain. They finally gave me more lidocaine and the pain soon was bearable. After removing the old veneers the placed on temporary composite veneers. Now the entire time I kept telling them my main concern is to completely close the spacing and I do not want large horse teeth. I showed them several pictures from other dentist. Every time I showed them a picture they made an excuse as to why they cant make my teeth like what I was showing them. So now the goal here was to have them shape the temps as close to possible to the final veneers that I wanted. At this time I have been at the office for a full workday. It is now 4pm and I haven't eating all day. My mouth was so numb and stretched out by this time i okayed the temps to be scanned so I could go eat because now i had a headache along with my teeth aches. I left Cg at b4:30pm from my appt being 9am. After my mouth was no longer numb I realized that the temps were too big and long exactly what I didn't want. I kept calling Cg and not getting an answer. Finally the next day I got someone to answer and told them look my teeth are too long I need them to be shaved down and rescanned. The person on the phone was very rude she told me I could not come in and that I signed the paperwork that I was okay with the size. I tried to explain to her that my mouth was too numb to really tell how the teeth were. She just kept telling me there is nothing they can do. So I asked to speak with someone else. She told me there wasn't anyone else that I could speak to and that I just must wait until my next phase 3 and voice my concerns then. The entire weekend I was upset read more

Very frustrated with my experience. Canceled my appt at beginning of May and still waiting for my refund. I've called numerous times. Always told a manager isn't available or gone for the day and I leave my number for a call back. Never get a call back. Sent an email to ACCOUNTING@cgcosmetic.com as they were listed on my cancellation invoice regarding the refund. They emailed me to ask where my appt was, answered CG smiles and not not getting any response again. Very disappointed with this hassle. 2 months waiting on a $5500 refund is ridiculous. read more

I needed to get a panoramic x-ray done for my dentist outside the US. I spoke with Massiel, an online rep. She scheduled my appointment, told me the cost is $150 and said that they required payment upfront to secure my appointment, I said no problem. Please send me an invoice that could be paid online or cc auth form. She said she can't do that, and asked me to text a picture of my ID & CC. I sent a copy of my driver license and said I will include my cc info with the form. She said she need my complete information first or she could not send the form. This didn't seem right and was a red flag. If this dentist required payment upfront to confirm my appointment but cannot offer a secured payment portal, maybe they need to look into one. A legit business should have a secured payment portal. Square for example allows you to invoice, and customers to pay online. It just seemed fishy. On the website, the dentist posts a pic of him driving his Ferrari. Perhaps he needs to look into a payment solution first, they are very inexpensive. So after almost 40 minutes of text back and forth, I have no appointment. **** Horrible waste of my time**** read more

WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE. It's been the worst experience ever, something illegal has to be going on here. Number one, my original coordinator, Lia, was willing to tell me anything and everything to get me to pay them the money. She blew my phone up, she answered all my calls, she had an answer to every question, and as soon as that money was sent. BAM! They told me they didn't have any appointments for a whole month. I've been dealing with these people since April. Their whole tone changed as soon as I paid them. They went from being my best friend, to hating me. You can hear it in their voice how irritated they are whenever I try to schedule my next appointment. Absolutely horrible service. To make matters even worse, you have to wait hours to be seen. Most of the time, there's not even room in the waiting room. I've had to stand up for 2 hours straight, just waiting for them to take someone so I could have a seat on the couch. Meanwhile, you get the watch the owner spend millions on her private jet, yachts and designer clothes while traveling the world. And here you are stuck in the waiting room packed like sardines waiting to be seen and talked to like your trash. One time while I was sitting in the dentist chair, the dentist and assistant literally stopped working on my mouth and then I just hear a bunch of people singing happy birthday. I went to use the bathroom and didn't see a single soul between the chair and the bathroom except for one person sitting at the front desk and 2 people just like myself abandoned in their chair mid procedure. The paint themselves on Instagram like a nice, caring, compassionate office that really takes pride in their work but in reality it's just a scam. All my appointments were weeks apart. And I don't mean 2 weeks, I mean 3 weeks to a month and a half. I've been dealing with them since April. To be fair, I had some extra work that needed to be done. The promotion was $6500 for top 10 top bottom veneers. But since I needed a root canal and some fillings they only did 9 teeth. And I paid $8000 for those 9 teeth. And the crazy thing is, they literally tried to make me pay more money and send me to their sister clinic to get my root canal and filings. But when they told me I was in the office and I started to raise my voice in front of other clients so they shut me up by telling me it would be covered there. I have the receipt to prove it, otherwise they would have probably taken my money and never refunded it. My latest and greatest issue, is that I have told them during the 8 months I know them, I work at night. I'm a very organized person with my schedule and every time I have an appointment with them, I end up getting like 2 hours of sleep before I have to go to work because they take so long. The last time I went there, it was supposed to be my final appointment. It was scheduled at 9:30 am. I got there 15 minutes early and waited till 10 am for them to tell me "something came up". They asked if I could come back at 5 and I told them I doubt it because I work at night. I told them I would try cause I had other things I had to do that day. I can't dedicate my whole day to these people when my job is my priority, and these people haven't made me a priority ONE time since I've been going to them. They even told me "if you live in Miami, you're not a priority. Our out of state people are a priority because they need to be finished in a week." I called and texted them at noon to tell them I couldn't make it, but they didn't respond. Anyways, that was on Thursday. I've been calling them every day, about 5-10 times since Thursday and they haven't picked up once. I've messaged them on Instagram, I've called every number I have for them, I've emailed them. EVERYTHING. They are flat out ignoring my calls which is the biggest punch in the face. They flat out DO NOT CARE about their customers. Yes, the price is good but expect that they're going to charge you more then they advertise. These people are flat out greedy. You can find another dentist who will treat you like a decent human being, PLEASE, you're going to wish you never went there. And the only reason they have a 5 star review on google is because they make up their own reviews. That's why they have such a low rating on Yelp, because they can't make fake reviews here. One of the girls that's always in the owners videos in her YouTube page left a review and she said the best things about the place, and it was all misleading. Thankfully, it got reported and taken down. Please people, do your research. This place is horrible. Absolutely horrible, while normal people work their asses off to try and fix their teeth these people are buying designer everything and flying in private jets all around the world and throwing it in your face! Read ALL the reviews before giving these people a penny. You can find a MUCH better dentist! read more

DO NOT GO There. Worse place. I regretted paying the full amount ahead $6,500 for a dental procedure (dental design) to the coordinator over the phone in June 2021 without having a dentist consult first. The coordinator told me she can't schedule me for a consult if I don't pay the full amount for the procedure. Therefore, I paid the full amount and they scheduled me 3 month after the payment. On my appointment the dentist I saw was not the dentist that I scheduled to see, there was no notification of a change. we decided to change the plan from a dentist design to a teeth whitening for a very expensive amount of $1,120. So, I had an invoice for refund approved for different of $5,380 4 months ago which I haven't received yet. When I called the clinic front desk told they don't deal with refund and gave the accounting department email only, no phone #. I asked to speak to the supervisor Joyce Roca and I was able only to left voicemails and emails but I never got any respond. neither the accounting department or staff nor Supervisor. Even I hired an attorney for this case and they haven't respond to us and I still waiting for the refund. I won't even do the teeth whitening in there after all this. I'm demanding for the entire charge back. I will keep posting the process. But, I suggest not to pay any procedure ahead of time ever. read more

Best smile design clinic in Miami. Highly recommended. The doctors are excellent and everything super clean.

Cg smile is the best dental clinic in South Florida. You should definitely go for a smile makeover.my assistant carla is the best

I wanted to start by saying the facility is absolutely state of the art, the communication and honesty is terrible. In May, my husband and I paid to have services rendered. My husband was unable to utilize their services for medical reasons. We have literally been waiting 3 months to receive a refund. I have been in contact with these people numerous times, with the same reply.... they're contacting their finance dept to issue a refund. After the 10th time contacting them,( with no reply) I contacted the BBB, they have yet to reply to them either. They are totally unprofessional, the wait times are unbelievable. My next step is to contact the health dept in Florida, then file suit, where ill insure they pay interest as well as pay the court cost. If no services were performed, a refund should be issued immediately. read more
