During this time Marty Mason's sales rep (Desmond) did not establish a clear line of communication with manufacturer. They had no idea initially why my sectional was delayed nor couldn't commit to a completion date. Issue 2 - From my initial contact with Marty Mason Collected Home and all the way thru the sales process I expressed to them I was in the market for a 8-way hand tied sectional with down wrapped coil cushions. When my sectional was finally delivered is was constructed using cheap sinuous coil and the cushions were all foam. When I contacted the store they (Desmond) assured me he inspected the sectional before delivery. He said he verified it was what I ordered and it was 8-way hand tied etc... LIES LIES LIES!!! Now on to Marty Mason (owner) himself... When my sectional was delayed I came into the store to speak with him directly concerning the status. He was extremely pompous and displayed no sort of customer service. He seemed as though he didn't want to be bothered.
