I have been visiting this office since 2004. The doctors are good and know what they are doing. I will give them one star for that. However the front office staff have been less than capable and have not performed professionally within the past two years that I have been going there. I have had a few challenges dealing with their payment policies and business approach. A majority of the problems have stemmed with how they want to handle payments with me and with my Health Insurance Company. I found they do not follow certain terms of the insurance contract and manipulate the contractual agreement details to support their end. They repeatedly quote their (skewed) office policy on how they do business, usually in their favor and not to who is paying. I have been charged in excess of what is required on Deductibles that the Insurance Company / contract has set forth. Both myself and family members have been given the excuses of "not meeting the deductible" (when in fact it has been met) to draw more money out us. When I show them printed documents (from my Insurance Company) that they are wrong in what they say they will follow up with different reasons as to why I should pay costs outside the negotiated terms of the insurance contract. Bottom line; they will make you pay more than you should, they will quote CFP Physicians company policy, manipulate the details of insurance terms, and then you will have to work many long hours to get your money back. I have found a lack of integrity and professionalism. Not sure if this a lack of knowledge and training, or if this is intentional to cover themselves financially. Based on my experience, until they are able to regroup and rebuild their reputation I will look for another doctor office and services. I recommend any one considering this office do a detail check before attending. read more

I don't understand the negative reviews on this place, but I guess haters are going to hate. I have had 3 other PCP's prior to coming here and this place is head and shoulders above the rest. The doctors all know what they're doing...the staff is friendly. I'm not sure what more you could ask for. I see a bunch of bashing on here about billing...first of all they don't do their billing...it's a company in California that bills for them and I have been going there for 15 years and have NEVER had a billing issue. Dr Nagalapadi sees my mom and he's an outstanding physician and Dr Selznick and Burrowes see me and they are both outstanding. read more

just now-edit i went to this office a few months ago looking for a new dr because my dr had retired. the staff is nice, as was the nurse. though i had to ask her to wash her hands before she touched me. the manager is not honest as she stated in a letter to my insurance company that the ipad they give to patience is cleaned after every patient. this is a gross lie. another of his staff did agree with me that it gets like that when i told them how disgustingly dirty it was. my first visit with the dr was awful, truly awful. first his assistant (nice young man) came in and gave me the filthiest ipad i have ever seen. it looked like someone had just finished using it as a dish for a burger king, cheese burger. i would not touch it without gloves. it only asked questions about mental illness, so there was nothing i could fill out except the part about lack of sleep due to several accidents. i never saw anyone clean their hands when they came in the room. not even the dr. but he did use sanitizer after he touched me, not before. even though he touched door knobs, pens or pcs etc. he hardly looked at me, but asked me several questions about going for tests. without doing much listening to what i was trying to tell him about my health. he was shocked at the gloves i had on. he asked me why i had come to see him, and i said to meet my new dr. at this he slightly smiled. i asked for a referral because of a kidney stone, and when i recieved it , it had on it ocd with 2 codes! recommends being seen by a psychologist! my dr of 22 years was not only a regular family dr., but also a psychologist, and had given me a letter of good mental health, along with all my details from accidents. i had never had treatment for any mental problem, nor was it ever suggested by my dr , who was also a state dr. and after being a minister of 40 years i am very understanding of mental illness. dr. selznick had also put on this referral that i get migraines, and had ulcers. neither one is , nor were ever true! he would not give me my stomach enzymes that cause me to digest food, that i have been taken for 22 years for more then 2 months . he wanted me to go to a specialist. i had already had all the barbaric tests and the only problem they found i had, was a lack of enzymes. he would not give me my hormones. he said absolutely not! he malpractices by giving his clients diagnoses of mental illness when you see how unclean he handles his practice, or have some other problem with him. after 5 minutes with this man, i would never go back again. he and his staff are dishonest, lack proper hygiene, and he shows no concern at all for your well being. he did not even tell me himself, that he would not continue to give me the enzymes i have been on for 22 years, or that he was putting the fictitious diagnosis of ocd, migraines, along with ulcers in my chart! . god help the seniors and children that go there. read more

Take Warning. I saw Dr. Steven Selznick for several years in regards to extreme fatigue. He put me on B12 shot regime but no avail. I kept returning as my systems progressed, affecting my heart. He continued the B12 regime and passed me off as a hypochondriac. On last visit, I was in tears as I sought an explanation on why I was so weak. He told me I was "way too young to have a serious issue. Stop worrying." I sought out a second opinion a few months later. They preformed a simple blood test and I was rushed to the ER as my hemoglobin levels were dangerously low and blood transfusion was recommended. After further testing, I found out I have stage iv colon cancer with mets to the liver. This diagnoses takes years to progress. Dr. Selznick could have easily have been alerted something was off if he would have listened and preformed the proper medical evaluation. Young patients do get sick. He should listen to them. Orlando is full of word-renowned doctors and surgeons. Highly recommend seeking treatment with Florida Hospital or Orlando Health instead. read more

They bill your insurance company for anything you mention whether or not they actually address it - I found this out when a claim was denied for an acute case and pre-existing, unrelated things were coded for. Additionally, they told me the practitioner would call on a certain day, then when that didn't happen, they pushed it to another day - finally, after no calls, they stated that it isn't their policy to have practitioners call, even with abnormal results! When I rounded with a physician and a patient wanted to speak with the cardiologist about something, he made time in his busy practice to return their calls no matter how trivial it may have seemed. Initially I really liked this practice as the ARNP was eager to listen but then I noticed how they ran tons of tests and had you come in over and over, as if going to the doctor was a career for a young person. One example: I had allergy headaches, had them all my life, and I needed something since at that time Zyrtec was not OTC. They wanted an xray of my chest and sinuses, CBC and IgG blood tests. I refused the chest xray but folded with the sinus though I knew nothing much would be gained - their response to my reluctance was, "You have good insurance, don't you?". Aside from what that implies, I don't want additional radiation when it's not indicated. The sinus xray showed thickening of the mucosa - surprise. And I was put on antibiotics and had to push for diflucan since I don't eat dairy and I've been told I always have to use it as I've had thrush multiple times from antibiotics. I didn't receive anything for allergies so I decided to toss the scripts since i don't like to use antibiotics for every little thing that comes up and had a friend write for what I needed - and it worked! As an experienced RN I can honestly say this is not a reputable business. This office wants you to come in unnecessarily, run tests up the wazoo, and pay co-pays to review results - it's truly disappointing and embarrassing as I referred several co-workers to them and they ended up saying the same thing. read more

Dr. Hudson is great, but the desk staff and many of the nurses are absolutely terrible. I had to wait nearly 45 minutes for a 5 minute procedure because they couldn't find my paperwork and "didn't know I had made an appointment." One of the techs couldn't find the vein on my left arm, though I told her I usually get blood drawn from the right. I was told to wait in the reception area afterward. Once 20 minutes went by I went up to the desk to see what the hold up was, and a different receptionist told me I didn't need to wait after all, making me late for work. What a waste of time. They're incredibly disorganized. Go to a doctor's office where it won't take an hour and a half JUST to get blood drawn. read more

Just awful. I made an appointment for my elderly mother on April 8th for April 20th at 9:30. We arrived early to be told our appointment was on April 6th. The receptionist honestly verified i had made on April 8th. So i asked, if i made appointment on the 8th, how could i be scheduled for the 6th? She admitted it was a mistake and they would fit her in if we would only wait for 3 hours!!! You admit a mistake and then you do me the favor of having us sit for 3 hours....i dont think so. Forget it. If you cant schedule properly im surely not trusting you with my mothers health. Just awful. read more

This has been my family doctor for 5+ years. I am very happy with my experience. Dr. Hudson is kind and caring. My whole family loves coming here in comparison to where we went previously. The wait isn't usually to long either. Haven't had any serious medical issues under their care. They also accept my insurance which is a plus because not everywhere does. read more

I agree with the previous posts. The office manager is on a power trip! When her staff does something incorrectly, she will not have the situation corrected. Instead, she will tell you that it is only your opinion. Staff members have put words in my mouth and have taken my words and twisted them. And my billing questions never got answered. When you try to make an appointment or ask a billing question, you have to leave a voice mail and they call you back when you not able to answer. They do have some great doctors but to put up with the staff is not worth it! If they changed some of the office staff this would be an amazing office. You can tell which ones need to go, they look like they dislike their job and have an attitude. read more

A factory model to health care. Avoid this office. Staff and doctors do not listen to patients. They do not ask questions before order a battery of tests and they do not listen or respond to the patients needs/requests. Avoid Liz, she seems capable and competent, but will lie to you - the patient. read more

Had such a bad experience here receptionist I.D name Dominique, which was very rude to me told me she she couldn't deal with me while trying to schedule a follow up and got up and walked away and had another receptionist help me while I watched her hide until I was through rescheduling, very unprofessional and needs to be delt with, will report this to higher authority's if necessary. Doctors are decent. Service level of the staff is horrendous. Calls are not returned. Refill requests left on the prescription line are not filled. It takes an average of 3 calls to get a refill. read more

The administrative staff is not very polite. My doctor is competent but sends me on needless, expensive tests. Which if there would have been a conversation these would be easily explained.The office requires a Co-pay to come in a review results, never had that happen with my previous doctor. I wouldn't recommend them unless you would like doling out a lot of money for unnecessary, expensive tests at a specialist's office!!! I've been with this group for over 5 years and within the past 2+ years quality of care has declined drastically. They started shifting me from doctor to doctor, none communicated with one another about my conditions, I would get different answers from the same doctors for the same condition during different visits, none of the answers corresponded with other doctors either. The physicians really don't have a clue what to do if your sick, only give a z-pack and say if it doesn't fix it to see a specialist. CFP's billing department is horrendous, the front office doesn't get updates from the billing department, they screwed me around for less than $200, then kept harrassing me with letters, phone calls, and wouldn't let me schedule an appt because they didn't have their records straight. I needed paperwork filled out for my insurance company, gave it to the doctor, she filled out and said they would fax it for me, never did, I called them to get a copy and it was missing, dropped off another form, never faxed, never filled out, lost again, I had to make another appointment and just to have the doctor fill it out in front of me and I wouldn't allow it out of my sight, the doctor got offended. The blood nurses are horrible, they are nasty to the patients and rude, bad experiences everytime I have blood work done. After tests are done they call to schedule another appt, said they don't' give results over the phone, I fought them on this and they finally gave in and said everything was fine, everything was fine but wanted me to come back in for another appt to tell me this. Also if you do call them don't expect a call back until your second or third voice mail, I had called them on multiple different occassions for different reasons and every time I had to either call back to leave a second or third voice mail or finally tell the receptionist it was urgent and I needed to speak with someone immediately. Overall this place is designed to over-schedule and bill as much as they possibly can to boost revenue, THIS PRACTICE IS NOT ABOUT THE PATIENT, CFP IS ABOUT REVENUE, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY or you will have nothing but headaches because of their poorly ran billing, office, and customer service. read more
