I called and sent photos and they agreed to assist me. I met the owner of the sharpening part of the business and I could tell immediately he had a passion for fine cutlery. He immediately put my mind at ease and outlined what he would do to repair the damage. I was also informed it may be a week or so as it would be a delicate operation. The reason i brought it in for service is the carp. There were no issues with the pull or electric start functioning, but the carp needed service. I talked to you in person at your shop about the issue and explained it to you when i picked it up, and you refused to own up to it. After you serviced it, the pull cord starts it but the electric does not engage. It was working when i took it in and i showed the tech what was going on. Poor repair and poor customer service, very disappointing to say the least.
