My family and I unfortunately hit an elk on our way to Colorado back in February. Thankfully no one was hurt, but my new truck took a hit to the front end. Estimated time was 15 days but repairs took 34 days putting me over my rental coverage. Work was done well and they said that they stand by their work hope that's true but billing has been a nightmare. I paid when I picked up my car and then later was told I needed to pay more because they didn't know I had a deductible? As long as I had to wait you would think that they would have been able to get the bill ready. Frustrating having to go back find the charge and straighten this out. Great work but not worth the hassle better off going somewhere that has better office staff. read more

I've had to bring my car to this shop several times when I've driven to Santa Fe from California. I realize they're overpriced and I was pretty sure they were a rip off, but they did a pretty good job, so I kept going. The last straw was when they told me a sizable dent on the drivers side, side - toward the back would be an $800 repair. I asked if it could simply be popped out and they said no way, that it was a very complicated repair. I didn't have them work on the dent and when back in Los Angeles, brought it to a shop where they pulled it out with a suction. A $4 suction from an auto repair shop. It looks perfect, they didn't charge me and I didn't pay the $800. There were several other incidents with this shop. The place looks clean and pretty nice, but they are major rip off artists. worst shop I have ever dealt with in my life !! They kept my vehicle for five months for hail damage repair ! They never communicate back to you ! Every time I would call I'd never get through to anyone, would leave voicemail after voicemail and would never get a response back !! When I finally got my vehicle back it was in worse condition then it went in ! Paint didn't match, body panels didn't align , missing body molding, sunroof leaking, missing emblems , problems with power lift gate ! Took it back for another month to fix problems .. when all said and done I received it with six chips on the windshield and filthy with zero gas in it !! read more

CF Collision took my car in for a front end repair after a small fender bender. When I took my 2014 VW Passat to them for repairs their were not warning lights on. They called me to pick up the car and arranged for me to pick it up Friday afternoon, however they would not give me a time. Only that they would call me in the afternoon when is was done. I canceled my plans to attend school that day in order to be available. The car was not ready for pickup till 5:30 that night. When I arrived at the collision shop there were only 2 employees left. At this point it seemed obvious that they had something to hide but I just wanted to get home after waiting much longer than expected. Sure enough I had my wife drive it home and she called me a block later letting me know that the tire pressure light was on, the check engine light was on and the AC was not fully operational. After popping the hood, I found parts missing completely. The shop has ordered the part under the hood and replaced it. However they refuse to give any attention to warning lights on my dash. After several phone calls on much frustration, I still have a check engine light on in my car and a tire pressure warning light, even though my tire pressure is fine. As for the AC- CF Collision did change parts on my ac system. The system was working great when I took the car to them, now the re-circulation button wont work. run it on full blast with my fully tinted windows and it can not keep me cool. Again, this vehicle is a 2014 with no problems other than a banged up front end. Now my car may never be the same. What does CF collision have to say? They tell me it is my fault and I messed the car up over the weekend. This is obviously not true because I left them a message stating the exact problems with the car not more that 15 minutes after pickup. After a few visits and phone calls, met with complete denial and lack of responsibility. They started telling me that the check engine light and tire pressure light where on when I took the car to them. They know this because it is "written on the folder". However, it was never written on the folder until after a couple weeks of fighting with them to take my car back and fix it. O and their answer for the AC re-circulation button suddenly being inoperable? They replaced the AC condenser but say that the buttons inside the car have nothing to do with the work they did on the AC under the hood. Therefore this a problem that i must handle on my own. So what am I going to do about it? They have left me with no other recourse, all I can do now is give you the information so as to avoid a painful experience for yourself and your vehicle. In the mean time I am waiting on an appointment with VW to see if I can get some of this stuff fixed under warranty. These guys obviously made a mistake and don't have the integrity and possibly the know how to make it right. I am a small business owner and full time college student. Time is my most valuable asset. This shop wants me to leave them alone and get my car fixed on my time and dollar. This was supposed to be an insurance claim for a banged up from bumper. Now the bumper looks great, but my dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree. read more

My experience with CF Collision was outstanding. This was the first time I ever had to deal with a claim/accident to my car. Thus in many ways I didn't know what to expect. CF Collision made everything so convenient. The insurance agent was at the site as well as the car rental representative. All the people I dealt with were extraordinary! Their friendliness, concern and professionalism were ever present. The work that was done on my car went way beyond expection. The repair was excellent and my car was returned fully cleaned and sparkling. I needed to use a rental for 4 days and that experience via CF Collision's connections at the shop was great as well. Avoid this place! They underestimated the damages to my car then told the insurance company it was pre-existing damage. When I got the car back after two weeks it still had scuff marks on the door. The first time I drove it on the highway the air dam got ruined because they hadn't bothered to put all the screws back in. Second rate shop, you can do better. read more

I own a Golf TDI and I love it! I didn't like that a jack rabbit ran into the front-end at 55-60 mph in the dark. Wow, did that jack rabbit do some serious damage to my little Golf. Allstate, my insurance company recommended CF Collision. They're a "Good Hands Repair Shop". The jack had cracked the radiator mount and the water pump mount. Of course he took out the bumper, the grill not to mention the parking lights and managed to mess up the connection for the headlight housing & the headlamp. From the moment I walked through the door at CF Collision, I was treated with great customer service. Tory's crew tore my Golf apart found out what was wrong & fix it. They matched the paint perfectly. Their knowledge & skill was evident in how my Golf handled as I drove home. Now, I won't trust anyone else to repair any of my cars. My wife and I are full-time travelers towing a trailer behind our Ford 150. When in another town a valet service banged up the side of our truck. Arranging for a place to get it repaired is a hassle when you're living full-time on the road. We talked to a lot of different body shops in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, all recommended by Ford dealers, many of which gave us a lot of BS ("it might take 3 weeks," "you may have to wait for parts to come in," "won't know extent of damage until we get into it, so can't give you an estimate," etc., etc.) Not C F Collision. They understood immediately what our needs were (being full-timers), gave us an estimate that matched the insurance company's, and said it might take 8 working days but they would prioritize to try to get it done in one work week. I brought it in on Monday morning and they called late Thursday afternoon to say it was done! We picked it up Friday morning and it looked great. Derwin Dawson is awesome!
