Mac did some work for us last fall and today came out to rescue us after we tried to take a tree…read moredown and it fell on our house! It fell across our sunroom and kitchen - all windows! Not only did he come at the last minute on a Sunday, he gave clear instructions on what we should do (and not do) while he was on the way. He spent 3 hours dismantling the tree a piece at a time and did everything humanly possible to limit the damage to the house. He made sure that everyone and everything was safe and what could have been a true disaster (that we created) resulted in 2 cracked cedar roof shingles and a dent in our gutter. Mac is a true professional and turned an extraordinarily stressful situation into a terrific experience. Despite the emergency call on a Sunday, his prices were half of what others had quoted us - and we would have paid whatever he asked! We learned a lot and I am tremendously grateful to Mac!
