It is located in a large plaza on the second floor so you won't have a hard time finding parking. Cris will greet you, have you sign in, and the best thing is that he makes sure we have our full attention by providing water and breakfast bars which was great since I totally forgot to bring banana and water. I was concerned I wouldn't be able to concentrate. I'm glad Cris is attentive and anticipates his customers' needs. The classroom itself was clean, organized, had wall to wall CPR information, and countless mannequins (infant and adult sizes) against the walls and at each table. The BLS for health workers certification was 2 hours long but don't expect a boring class where you just watch a video for the most part then practice at the end. Oh no! Cris had us watch each 5-10 minute videos of CPR steps and scenarios for infant, child, and adult (and no the videos aren't corny!). After each video, he had us do FULL CYCLES of CPR with AED and abdominal thrusts (for choking victim). I definitely got a workout being in that class and I feel more confident! We were charged $35 for recertification-what a great price! Other places charge $45-55. The test was easy and straightforward. Overall it was a very informative and hands -on class. You can also come in anytime to practice after being certified. Cris is courteous, professional, funny, and attentive. Getting certified here is worth it!

Was in need to get my CPR and AED card via American Heart Association certification and found Heart…read more& Soul CPR. Called and Sergio got me in the same week, like two days after I called. When I showed up for class everything was already set up, multiple CPR manikins per desk. Class started on time, Sergio was very informative, kept our attention and was a great instructor. We worked on adult, youth and baby manikins and each attendee got to go through all three scenarios while being monitored by entire class to simulate a bit of pressure. Highly recommend, it was much needed as it's been years since I had taken the course. His course gives me lots of confidence should an unfortunate situation arise, I'm trained to offer help.
