VERACITY CPR Training is absolutely the best CPR training I have ever taken. Rachel, the nurse who runs the training, is phenomenal. I have been CPR certified for probably 10-20 years, and I've taken many different trainings over the years. Nothing compares to Rachel's. I recently tried an AI-based CPR training, and the experience was absolutely horrific. After that, I can say with confidence: don't waste your time looking elsewhere. Take the drive out to Simi Valley and train with Rachel. Her teaching is clear, hands-on, knowledgeable, and actually makes you feel confident in what you're doing. You leave with real knowledge and practical skills--not just a certification. Their office is in a nice building and it is secure. There's plenty of parking. Great educational fun and easy pass! I got BLS and ACLS done quickly in matter of a few short evening hours, in a comfortable intimate small group setting. The instructor Rachel made this process of getting these certifications fun and easy. She even played the song "Staying alive" for us to to get the beat for doing CPR to. She showed us several good videos and had training mannequins for us to practice on at our table with indicator lights, to show if we were doing it correctly. It was easy to pass the two tests since we all took turns reading the questions out loud and picking the answer. So this way everyone knew they passed and we all finished at the same time. A well coordinated smoothly run class. I'll gladly redo my recertification next time here. The price was also reasonable and a discount to do both classes at once. Certification cards by AHA were available on the spot. I highly recommend this place for a smooth easy educational certification of BLS and ACLS. read more

The staff is immaculate. They are very flexible with rescheduling. They work hard to ensure that you understand the information and receive the highest level of training that they can provide. I just want to say that one of the hardest things to do during covid was finding a facility that would allow for acls certification. With most classes being online and the crazy markups, having the opportunity to be lectured by Dr Okah in person was an honor. Acls was not easy for me, but sitting with Dr Okah, and listening to her use various mnemonics and having her go over all the algorithms, made the whole process fun and less stressful. She is a phenomenal teacher and honestly I feel more comfortable knowing that my training was led by an individual who truly has a passion for teaching. It is easy to navigate, sign up and couldn't be more pleased with this service in helping me find Veracity CPR Training. Rachel is an excellent instructor.
