No qualified person can reasonably be expected to master an unfamiliar process in just three days. This kind of treatment is heartless, ruthless, and unconscionable. Whoever made the decision to terminate after such a short time showed no regard for professionalism, skill, or livelihood. It felt like a setup: waiting until someone left a stable job, then discarding them without giving a fair chance to learn. Key Warnings for Others: Do not resign from your current job until you are fully secure in a new role. Be cautious of digital agreements that force you into "at-will" clauses.
