As the president of our firm I went out to Parkview's office to discuss the situation. I was met with a sales rep who's defense was disingenuous and arguments circuitous and in some cases, untrue. It was like meeting with Donald Trump. Nothing was resolved. So small business owners - beware! Your reputation is at stake. I went in and talked to the original owners (or proprietors) but of course they didn't remember me.The Toronto Star ran a human interest story on them a few years later. When I was there I was amazed at the depth of merchandise they carried. If it is still the same then they will have some very old and rare parts that you may not find anywhere else.
