My father's landline is making a high pitch squeal so I called up Centurylink on a Friday. The lady who could barely speak English told me she would have a repair technician out on Monday. He would be out between 8 am to 8 pm but went home at 7pm. No on came and I stayed home the entire day. I called back on Tuesday and explained to another lady who could barely speak English. We were cut off so I had to call back again and was cut off once again. I called a 3rd time and someone who could barely pronounce my name answered. I asked where was he located and he said the Philippines. I asked to be transferred to a representative in the USA. Once they answered, I was transferred to the repair dept and I am now on hold for 40 minutes. I am so glad the my cell phone is charged. We live out in the country and Centurylink is the only service out here. What a joke their service is. No choice but to wait on hold. read more

We were having trouble with our land line. They didn't call us but came out to "fix" it today. They left open line across our yard!!! Horrible work! Our puppy tried chewing on it! I called them and they did nothing about it. read more

Was getting the run around from spectrum trying to find a good alternative, gave Century Link a call talked to a representative. We mentioned to her we were having issues with Spectrum, She informed us that they partner with Spectrum and they could link us back through them because they did not provide the service out here themselves. We said we didn't want Spectrum and the representative hung up on us. read more

Absolutely horrible! Tons of hidden fees and contract you don't agree to and never get to see! I will never use then again

Century Link is a scamming company they sell your information to third parties. Their products never work.

This is by far the worst company to EVER buy WiFi / internet from. If I could rate this with stars in the negatives I definitely would. It is outrageously priced and with the internet you'll be lucky to get more than 2.5 mbps download and 5kbps upload. If you guys want the worst internet possible, Century Link is the way to go! read more

This is without a doubt one of the worse and most frustrating companies to deal with. I ordered my landline to be disconnected, they disconnected my landline and my internet. When I called they said they would put it back on in three days. Three days came and went. I called again and after 45 minutes of waiting to speak to someone who spoke English was disconnected when the call was transferred. If I was you I would stay away from this company. Obviously they don't care about their customers. read more
