We were cut off so I had to call back again and was cut off once again. I called a 3rd time and someone who could barely pronounce my name answered. I asked where was he located and he said the Philippines. I asked to be transferred to a representative in the USA. Once they answered, I was transferred to the repair dept and I am now on hold for 40 minutes. I am so glad the my cell phone is charged.
