My well used (155k miles) 2017 GMC Yukon XL Denali's AC stopped cooling this week and the…read moresuspension has started riding like a bucking bull. Being new to the area and out of warranty, my wife found MPAuto Repair on Google with incredible reviews. Hao, and company diagnosed the problems and provided an estimate which equals about three car payments on a new vehicle but a lot cheaper than a dealer would charge. We swallowed hard but decided to move forward with the repair and they completed the work quickly and efficiently. Their positive friendly aporoach to everything was really refreshing! When I went to pick it up, they asked me to come out in the shop to show me the parts that failed and were replaced. Definitely not a fancy operation but they've earned my business, five stars and referrals!

This repair shop is amazing because the people are amazing. They are:…read more 1. Honest. I've literally had them charge me nothing because they fixed the problem in minutes. Other times they were a fraction what the dealership wanted. 2. Fast. 3. Nice. It's genuine. These are kind hearted good people. They are not putting on a face for the customer like some dealerships. Im old. I can tell the difference. 4. Excellent mechanics. This is most important of course but they know their business inside out. Im not a good mechanic myself but do enough of my own work to recognize excellence and competence in others. 5. Some might complain about the less than fancy location but that's one thing keeping their overhead low. I literally could not have come up with a better place to get my car fixed if I thought about it all day and asked God for help.

I don't know if any of you have heard what I have to say about Nissan Service centers... I have…read morefrequented 3 in the metroplex and they are all horrible! I can't even get into my last nightmare there! (It took 4 hours to get an oil change after I had dropped it off at 8AM... use your imagination as to how happy I was). As I was in dire need of an oil change this morning because I am headed on a road trip tomorrow (well, technically the need was just as dire yesterday but I didn't get around to it), I had to browse online checking for places open on Sundays... not many shops are open on sundays. This is brownie point Number 1 for this place. Brownie Point Number 2: If you look online, they always have coupons you can print off. They very, but they are always there. So I paid the same cost for the Full Synthetic as I would have for a basic oil change. This next one warrants 2 Brownie Points all in itself: They gave me a time estimate of 30 minutes... drumroll... and before the guy had finished typing my information into the system one of the mechanics took it back, and it was finished in... get this... 10 MINUTES!!! That is how long an oil change should take, it is not some difficult, grueling task. Why don't I do it myself you ask? My car is pretty low to the ground, so I would have to jack it up, and I have no idea where my drip pan is, not to mention it is to hot to be in the garage for more than 2 minutes for me. The manager is a very nice and polite gentleman, and had an honesty vibe flowing all over the place. I say screw Nissan, this is where I am going.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'm writing this because the community deserves to know what kind…read moreof service they're walking into. I came in for a simple brake estimate. During their inspection, they stripped my wheel lock--a part that was perfectly fine before I arrived. Instead of taking responsibility right away, it took multiple conversations just to get them to order replacements. When the replacements finally came in and were installed, they tried to charge me labor to fix damage they caused. There is absolutely no logic in being billed for their mistake. When I refused to pay for something I didn't cause, they escalated the situation to the point of threatening to call law enforcement rather than owning up to their error. And as if that wasn't unprofessional enough, when they brought my car around, the technician slammed my door and walked off without a word. This shop showed me exactly what they stand for: careless work, zero accountability, and a staff that treats customers with open disrespect. If you want sloppy service and unnecessary headaches, this is the place. Otherwise, save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.
