I placed an order in February 2019 for a big Memorial Day party 2019. I tried to pay in advance but…read morewas told this wasn't necessary. I called in April and May to make sure everything was on track to feed 150 people during one of the busiest holiday weekends for BBQ. They never returned my call. At the last minute, I hired someone else. Katie FINALLY called me back two days before my party concerned that she had too many orders for that weekend. In other words, she wasn't sure she would have my order. Why am I posting this in 2020? My husband used Oakes to process a cow last week. Between Monday and Wednesday, Oakes contacted him multiple times to ask about the cut sheet? Thursday he received a call that the cow would be ready Friday morning. He took off work for the entire day. They have ignored all of our calls and not answered the door for pick up. We STILL DON'T have our cow! What it doesn't have is a cellular signal. You should get a special Yelp medallion if you can actually check in here, because I had "1x" signal strength the last time that I was successful and baked in my truck for 15 minutes waiting for a stray electron the first time. Generally nice folks here, both employees and customers. If you are at #AdventuresUnlimited, you'll appreciate the variety provided within. The staples are here: flour, oil, etc. No arugula, but Doritos are a suitable substitute in any recipe. Trust me on this. Nacho cheese works better than the ranch. As I said, good luck on getting a cell signal. You're in a hole and even the NSA doesn't even know that this store exists. Four stars for the convenience and lack of banjo music.
