Imagine that??? He never suggested doing an open house. I felt he had his own best interest the entire 3 weeks instead of my best interest. I felt like he wanted a quick and easy sale in order to obtain his commission. Even though he's been a realtor for several decades, I felt he deceived me quite a bit with his "strategies." Maybe because I am a single woman???? I would NOT recommend him at all !!
