If you love working with professionals (as I do) you'll love working with Will Webber…read more Will is a New Castle County realtor. He seems to know every street and neighborhood around. At the table, when we were closing, he spoke with the buyers about where they are living now and ... I swear ... he new exactly which house it was -- in Middletown. Yeah, knowledgeable guy. Which was wonderful, because he had his hands full with the same of my late mother's home. The language of the will demanded that certain protocols be followed. Will's contacts and support people knew exactly had to be done in each case. I was concerned about the listing when Will recommended a higher initial asking price. But when I asked him to explain (or justify the higher price, really) he has some great answers. The house had some upgrades and it was a larger four-bedroom model that the comps shown in the MLS. Guess what? Will was right. We listed the house for $20,000 more than others suggested, and he got a contract within ten days. Now -- I did follow his advice. He told me what to do, and what not to worry about. But that's what I was paying him for. He knows how to make these sales happen (or purchases, if you are on the buyer's side). It's like he sees every potential pothole before it's on the radar. He got this done for me and Mom's estate. I have no doubt he'll do the same for you.

She was extremely responsive and able to set up showings quickly for us. She was always honest about the market and the homes we were looking at. She guided us in making the best choice, and led us through the entire closing process (which is much more stressful than actually finding the home!) She made sure we understood everything along the way and stayed in contact throughout the process. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!
