Once I signed to close in the morning around 8am since they expressed the importance of signing early so we could close. Please explain why it was 6pm and they called saying 1 document was missing because they forget to include and wanted to drive back to sign it. Fine. Careless error, it happens! My documents were closed and my papers were late so I had to wait an additional 48 hours. Irritated as I was, I let it slide even with their zero apology.... After it was closed, I didn't hear from them even after they had promised to print all the documents for me. I called and they said it would be ready that day, never was. A couple days passed and they still never called me. I had to go in person and demand them. For a company that has experience with multiple properties and documents, you would think they would be more professional and organized. Never again.

This individual has lied to prospective customers about a house in a gated community he hasn't listed -- apparently trying to kill deals so that the seller has no confidence in the listing agent: he has made claims to prospective customers about trees on the property, claiming that they will fall and destroy the house, or, that their roots are causing structural damage to the foundation -- costing the seller more than $22,000 to disprove his allegations -- which never had any substance or basis in fact. These lies have resulted in the loss of three different sales.

Now I'm not sure if they're lying to yelp about content guidelines and saying that these things do not happen ... but these things VERY MUCH did so happen. I've rented many different homes and apartments and have never been in one that was this bad. Giving them a chance, I called and asked if maybe they were just waiting until the unit was rented to get it clean and fixed up. The woman on the phone assured me, No. That it was cleaned already and the property came as was. I was shocked. There were toilet stains and grime in the showers. Scuffs all down the walls. Who wants to pay as much as you have to for a 1700+ home and need to all this work before you get settled?! So un professional to leave a home in that way and doesn't really instill confidence in the renter that issues will be fixed timely and taken seriously. I knew I could not use an agent in the Sonora area after the litigation and looked outside the area. While looking on yelp, I saw a realtor named Scott Cary who had outstanding reviews from his clients. I phoned Scott who answered his phone and told him the circumstances around the property I had purchased. Scott totally understood my situation and said he would like to help me sell the house. Scott asked numerous questions and completed a market analysis to get the best possible dollar amount we could for the property I liked Scott's straightforward, honest, and no BS approach to the sale and marketing of my house. I subsequently signed on with Scott to be my representative in my home sale. Because of the known issues which had to be disclosed unlike the previous owners and agent, Scott walked me through the entire process and advised me of legal and moral obligations in my home sale. The house sale was not easy due to the previous conditions and repairs needed. We had a few offers most of which were not beneficial to me nor was there a good likelihood of closing because of financial issues of the potential buyers. Scott presented the offers to me and advised me of his opinion and thoughts about the offers including both plus and minus points. Scott acted in my best interest and guided me through the offers with knowledge, experience, and the presence to look out for my best interest. After several months, we finally received an offer that Scott felt was strong and had a great likelihood of success. Due to his recommendations, I accepted the offer and the house sale went through flawlessly and quickly. I want to say throughout the entire process which lasted quite a while, Scott always remained upbeat, undisturbed, very professional, and most important, looked out for my financial well-being during the sale of my home. Even though we replied, he however never got back to us again. This is a very unprofessional approach to any client. Honestly felt like there was no reason for this Overall, the experience felt careless, unreliable, and far below the level of professionalism one would expect when making major financial decisions.
