The whole process went by so quick after that, with her helping us select the right people to get everything moving quick, from inspections, attorneys, appraisal, etc. We will definitely reach out to Gaby again in the future if we ever need again, and recommend her 100%. He arranged a time to visit to take measurements and prepared a quote for us. We appreciated that he gave us advice, but allowed us to be creative and and use our preferred suppliers. He came out again to our house after we determined that we wanted his company to perform the work. We fine-tuned exactly what we wanted and set up a tentative date to begin work. After we got our items, we confirmed the start date. Stephen and Michael arrived promptly on the day work was scheduled to begin and demoed the bathroom. They arrived every morning at the same time and worked a full day and I'm not sure they even took breaks. They completely cleaned up at the end of each day and sectioned off the work area to minimize the dust throughout the house. The bathroom remodel was expertly performed and came out exactly as we had envisioned. I highly recommend Katamount Construction. RICHARD BOYSEN is a fantastic realtor. He REALLY knows the market in the area. I bought the…read moreproperty through him and I also sold it through him several years later at a significant profit. He gave me excellent suggestions to get the property ready for sale and increase the appeal to buyers and also provided information on local contractors who were reasonably priced and reliable. He went the extra mile for me during the sale and even went to the town clerk's office, met with inspectors and let repairmen in when I was out of town on several occasions. He kept this deal on track and made sure we closed when we were supposed to. He was invaluable during this last sale because the buyers had a very challenging attorney, but Mr. Boysen's diplomatic manner, persistence and attention to detail brought about a successful close- ON TIME. He was always courteous, professional and friendly and he is very knowledgeable about homes in the area. He also sold me my first single family home many years ago. I would never consider using another realtor for any of my transactions, as I have been using Mr. Boysen for over 25 years and he has consistently delivered top- notch customer service. I have referred him to several friends and family members and every person I know has been extremely happy with the results he has gotten. He has an excellent reputation in the area and is respected by other professionals as well (lawyers, mortgage reps, town inspectors). I highly recommend him.
