David was very thorough in his research to price and market the home which sold for $12,000 less than listed (1.7%) and in about 50 days. Our house was totally modernized with the exception of two rooms which, had we taken David's original recommendation to take up the carpets and have them repainted, he would have sold the house even faster. After being on the market for 30 days we took his advice spent $6000 on the two rooms and sold the house the following weekend.
