I lived on…read moreBroad Street (they own a few others in Westfield as well) for only a year but not even a month of living there, my roommate and I kept finding noticable damage that was covered up with paint (such as electrical outlets) and such. We were almost never able to shower or wash dishes because the laundry room was always in use and drained our water (i had to get a gym membership to use their showers and take my clothes around the corner at the local Laundromat). Constantly having bugs was another issue and we later discovered a few of the other tenants were hoarders and bugs from their apartment trickled down into ours. We tried to call and email both the landlord and the realtor about all these issues but we were constantly ignored. We started to document everything and they still opted to withhold some of our deposit due to the damages we told them about! Horrible and a scam! It's cheap for a reason! Learned my lesson, never doing business with a realtor broker or this establishment again. Save yourself the trouble and do the same unless you have a really good lawyer and lots of money to stop them from taking advantage of others.

David was very thorough in his research to price and market the home which sold for $12,000 less than listed (1.7%) and in about 50 days. Our house was totally modernized with the exception of two rooms which, had we taken David's original recommendation to take up the carpets and have them repainted, he would have sold the house even faster.
