Meg took one of the most potentially stressful times in life, and filled it with nights of great sleep!! After our initial conversation, I was confident in her transparency, honesty, and compassion for our family. I trusted her whole-heartedly to guide us in the purchase of our first home - and she delivered! Her knowledge of neighborhoods, search engines, laws, shined through at each listing we viewed. Not only did she provide answers for us, she let us know the right questions to ask, and was right by our side the entire step of the way. I knew that we had the best realtor in Long Island on our side, and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to purchase property. She is the real deal. It was a privilege to work with her!!!

Hands down, we will always use Meg for future real estate transactions on the South Shore, and we recommend her to all of our friends and family. If you are thinking of selling a house with Tammy, she is good for an MLS listing and that's all. If you are buying a place and she is the sellers agent, good luck and be ready for some extreme frustration. My parents just bought a place and she was the sellers agent. She didn't show the house, the owner did. She didn't show up for the inspection, the owner did. She showed up 20 minutes late for the final walk through, and didn't bother to show up for the closing. The deal took 4 months. Our buyers agent couldnt get her on the phone, she didn't answer emails or texts. She could've disappeared and we wouldn't have known better but a friend follows her on social media and there she was posting pics of her partying. Super Bowl in particular, also a day she wouldnt respond to us. The sellers themselves were not the brightest and being they basically sold their own house, they had no guidance and took the maximum time possible to get out of a house that was empty for 3 years. Shame on you Tammy for being as bad of an agent as possible. You will be reported to LIBAR and I hope they take your license and your gravy train stops. It's not that hard of a job, answer the phone.

The ivy is killing limbs that are dropping in my yard. The major concern is a massive tree that leans more and more every year. In the direction it's leaning it will take out my entire fence, thousands of dollars worth of arborvitae's, my gazebo and outdoor entertainment area with an outdoor kitchen. When I asked two very standard questions -- 'How old is the roof?' and 'Was there ever any work done to resolve the water issue in the basement?' -- instead of answering, the agent became condescending and said to me: 'You are too cheap. You tried to buy this property for too cheap, but got rejected so now you are here to take apart the house. I have dealt with people like you before. If not in person, then on paper.' For context, this property was originally listed at $1.4M and had dropped multiple times -- to $1.1M, then $899K, then $849K, and finally $799K. I submitted an offer of $750K, which is only 6% below asking and, importantly, represents a price per-square-feet higher than what other comparable homes in the area are selling for. Rather than treat this as a reasonable negotiation, the agent mocked the offer and dismissed me. During the open house itself, the agent escalated further by demanding that we leave the open house immediately, and as I was walking out, he slammed the door behind me. This behavior was insulting, hostile, and unprofessional. An agent's role is to represent the seller while treating prospective buyers with basic respect. Real estate agents are expected to negotiate offers respectfully, regardless of whether they or their client find the offer acceptable. Instead, this agent drove away a serious buyer with rudeness and personal attacks, ultimately working against the seller's best interest. This agent treated us like trash and acted as if our $750K had no value. If you value professionalism, transparency, and respect, I would strongly advise avoiding this agent.
