Two days of showings lined up, sent us listings daily and was extremely professional. She knows the Orlando area and much further! Where we thought we wanted to live changed several times. I had the worst experience with Century 21 and their real estate agent, Karen Donohoe. Everything started off great until the hardest part of the process. She never showed up to walk-throughs and inspections. She did not come to closing and I have not even seen her face since the day I signed the contracts for construction of my home. She has been extremely unprofessional and did not follow through on promises of a portion of her commission. Once the home closed, she refused to respond to my calls or texts and simply disappeared. read more

bad bad review!!! certain people (they know who they are) are unprofessional and extremely rude in this real estate business. we were given some papers to sign to sell our condo. nobody went over the contract, we were told we were priced too high . when we decided to withdraw from the contract we were told it would cost $250.00 which we were totally unaware of.we paid the money only to be told (after the cheque was cashed) that we would have to pay another 25% to century 21 carioti from commission on any new real estate agent we were to hire. also we were not informed that we were listed for 1 year. we have to take some responsibility for not reading the contract . . However then again we were not given a copy of a contract , but are you not suppose to be able to trust people you are doing business with.? people beware !! read and reread, ask questions and don't leave anything to trust because there is no such thing in this company.These people are all about the almighty dollar read more
