The only bad part- the house we looked at was being used as a 'selling' house, basically you wouldn't be able to move into this exact house(I posted pictures of) until all of the lots are sold. They will sell it to you right now but they will just rent from you until they no longer need it, which could take up to two years.

Their knowledge and advice always seemed devoted to what was in my best interest. Euphemism and pretense had no place with so much at stake. Honesty and transparency is what I sought. I trusted them with helping guide and facilitate the most important financial decision of my life. Every email, text, and phone call was answered promptly and thoroughly. With their expertise, at no point did I feel lost or even worried. My first home-buying experience was flawless and I have the Stewart Group to thank for it.

Sad we have to write this about Danny and Tanya Stewart. But it was a choice of either filing a…read moregrievance with their broker / association or writing this review as accurate as I can. We have worked with the Stewart Group for about 5 years on both ends Danny selling and Tanya buying our homes (nice, Christian people - yes but don't make them good realtors .. ) this last home we bought was the last time we'll ever work with them. These folks used to give it their all and seemed to treat us very well. We almost could have called them friends. But this last house?? which we btw we found on our own , had Tanya having such an attitude all due to too much sass around a post sale/ service call because they made mistakes during this sale and our closing was a mess.. To be blunt our entire service experience after the offer had Danny taking over the rest of the process after the offer was accepted , Tanya just about completely goes ghost for just about all the post offer service and closing work. We noticed the change because Tanya normally always works the lead in buying. With our being out of state we needed our realtor to represent us and and Danny promised to attend the house inspection and walk through as required. Danny had a good record of working with us so we thought it was ok... big mistake ! because the climax of this bad service came when Danny was missed the inspection, to make it worse, the day of the inspection he called and said he was just slightly late, and on his way but the inspection guy had already left , Danny explained this to me, and made me think the inspection guys did a negligent job ... what he didn't tell me was that he was about 4 hours late ! 4!! Then he says he did go to the house that evening and checked everything out but it was at night ?? so I'm like really? Now the closing we signed off remotely with the Closing Agent who by the way I don't recommend either, they are absolute Crap , as this sale and closing had more issues than the National Enquirer. By the time we closed and and got to our house we noticed all kinds of issues which Danny should have called out and maybe would have allowed us to settle down the cost before closing. But they did a terrible job on this one, the Closing Agent ended up overcharging us for paid liabilities to certain and to date we have like $2800 outstanding due to mistakes , we are still to date trying to get back!!! A month after we discovered this, called Danny and he tells us not to worry about it they will take of it. Big Mistake #2 Also Danny has promised to get for us stuff we need for records of the house but then after he doesn't get it, he tells us the buyers forgot to leave it (remember though he said he went and saw everything at the inspection , but they didn't leave the paperwork in the kitchen as he promised they would. ) ... so finally 4 months later as to these checks we get another notice and I call Danny and Tanya and my loan broker on a 3 way call because Tanya had been telling us it's an issue the loan guy should be handling not them and after I broke down the issues I stated for maybe about the 3rd time that 5 months after... this closing has been the worst experience we have ever had!! The worst a circus and Danny has said one thing and done the other , obviously this annoyed Tanya and as fast as a bolt of lightening she jumps on the call and has the audacity to tell us how she doesn't like us saying bad stuff about Danny, yep she got mad because we were telling the truth she said I was making it out like it was all Danny's fault even though they're other people who were involved and should equally be blamed . Awkward!? More like plain rude.. and I suspect she's been at this too long and maybe burned out but that was it on that call and maybe she might have had enough of us but that day was the last straw. IMy loan guy was taken back enough for him to call and apologize about the call. My wife who never says anything bad about anyone .. she mutes my line and I read her whispering lips NO MORE DANNY AND TANYA EVER THEY ARE FIRED!!! After that call I'm thinking ok it's a done deal no more now 8 months in we had to get the house pressure washed only to find out certain issues weren't covered in the inspection report l, so we called the inspection guy and low and behold I find out the rest of the story , truth is Danny, wasn't just a little late to the appointment he was 4 hours late and was throwing those dudes under the Bus! I suspect this has been going on for some time. To think you think you know some people as nice and loyal as we were .. we will not ever ever ever ever do business with them again ever. Ever and I mean never . Nice people maybe, never again NEVER. Ever

I had this review half written in my drafts so I thought I'd finish it…read more This Apartment Complex is beautiful; from the well kept premises, pool area to their beautiful and reasonably priced apartments. Their management team was also great to work with. I stumbled upon these apartments last year while i searched for apartment for my mother and sister. I was doing drive by apt hunting that sometimes is more effective than looking online. Anita Vazquez was wonderful to work with and she was so accommodating allowing my sister to do her portion of the paperwork remotely since she was in Miami. We got approved for the lease, paid our deposit and had a July 14th date to move in. A lease sign date of July 13th. On July 1st, we received the unfortunate news from Anita that the people weren't moving in time and that our apartment wouldn't be available. This was disheartening. I had paid for a POD and had items in storage, had arranged to have my mother and sister transported to Kissimmee and it put a huge damper on our plans. The good thing that Anita did for us that I appreciated was that they returned all the money we placed on the apt; deposit & even the application fees. I do recommend them despite the mishap. Their customer service was impeccable from beginning to end. They also have the best reviews out of all other apartments.

I say that because I'm currently writing this review from the comfort of my mother's house due to my apartment currently being uninhabitable. We have had roach problems ever since we moved in over a year ago and we have to hound them to do anything about it. They'll come in two or three times and leave a piece of paper saying they're going to do something next time before actually taking any action. Even after they sprayed, we still see roaches almost every day. It's ridiculous. I know that roaches are typically a part of the package deal when you rent an apartment in Florida, but they really don't care to do much to take care of it unless you pitch a fit about it. That issue pales in comparison to what me and my girlfriend are currently experiencing. We are on the third day of our AC being out and there has been absolutely no urgency behind having the issue resolved. You can't leave people without AC in Florida, especially when their apartment is on the third floor. The apartment was 87 degrees last time I was in it, and that was at night. Yes, you read that right. 87 degrees. The maintenance person they sent out to take care of the issue the day it happened did not seem to care about our problem at all and looked extremely inconvenienced by the fact that we even called him out, as if that's not his job. He didn't do a good job setting proper expectations with us regarding when everything should be resolved. He also did not seem to know what he was doing and spoke with no confidence when describing the problem. The maintenance here is a joke. On top of all of that, the window unit they installed to try to alleviate the issue ended up leaking water all over our carpet, so now there is a large, loud fan in our living room that has to run for three days so the apartment doesn't get mold. Lovely. The fact they believe it is acceptable to leave us in an apartment under those conditions is ridiculous. We emailed the property manager twice out of desperation for resolution and received no response. My girlfriend had to take time out of her day to visit the front office just to get them to even address her concerns. The only thing they could offer to us was to stay in a model apartment. Seriously? We're in the midst of a pandemic. We work from home. How are we supposed to work out of an apartment with no internet? They didn't offer a hotel reimbursement, they didn't offer to pay for emergency maintenance from another company to do the repairs, they didn't even offer to comp or reduce our rent! I am literally paying money right now for an apartment that I can't even use. My girlfriend and I both had to evacuate to our parent's houses so we could have a place to work without a loud fan running and sleep in temperatures under 80 degrees. This whole situation has been a huge waste of our time and money and has completely ruined our weekend. Apparently, the parts to fix the AC are supposed to come tomorrow. I'll believe it when I see it. Do yourself a favor and pay $200-300 more a month to stay somewhere where they actually give a damn about you. UPDATE: The AC got fixed only for it to go out AGAIN the next weekend. The maintenance here is a freaking joke. ANOTHER UPDATE: Have now updated review from 2 stars to 1. They still have done absolutely nothing to alleviate the issue and now that we're looking to break our lease, they're stating that they get to keep our security deposit, which is FALSE and not in the paperwork that we signed when we first moved in. Also, when we first moved in, they said that if we went to break the lease, they wouldn't have a problem getting someone new to move in as they always have a wait list, so we wouldn't have to pay too much to move out. Now that we actually want to move out, they suddenly have no wait list and have apartments that they're trying to get rid of. That either means 1) They misled us or 2) They used to have a wait list, but now don't because they got all of their other tenants to move out by treating them like shit, too! Honestly, I would believe either one of those options, at this point. Don't move here if you love yourself.

I miss my apartment now and If I ever move back to Florida I can say this would be my first choice to live especially if Beatriz is still in charge! Some may say she is mean but she is a manager that takes no B.S. and dont allow crime or those who it follows in her building and you cant blame her for that for it will only ensure you that you will have a safe place and well ran place to live! The only downside to these Apartments are there are no Elevators but in my opinon that is the only thing negative I have to say about this place.Thank you Beatriz for all your help and working with us to move in and on our move out since we had to leave due to a work injury to come back to California but I do miss the Luxury of my Apartment and sitting on the balcony watching the ducks and enjoying my coffee!!!
