They will sell it to you right now but they will just rent from you until they no longer need it, which could take up to two years.

Their management team was also great to work with. I stumbled upon these apartments last year while i searched for apartment for my mother and sister. I was doing drive by apt hunting that sometimes is more effective than looking online. Anita Vazquez was wonderful to work with and she was so accommodating allowing my sister to do her portion of the paperwork remotely since she was in Miami. We got approved for the lease, paid our deposit and had a July 14th date to move in. A lease sign date of July 13th. On July 1st, we received the unfortunate news from Anita that the people weren't moving in time and that our apartment wouldn't be available. This was disheartening. I had paid for a POD and had items in storage, had arranged to have my mother and sister transported to Kissimmee and it put a huge damper on our plans. The good thing that Anita did for us that I appreciated was that they returned all the money we placed on the apt; deposit & even the application fees. I do recommend them despite the mishap. Their customer service was impeccable from beginning to end. They also have the best reviews out of all other apartments.

I say that because I'm currently writing this review from the comfort of my mother's house due to my apartment currently being uninhabitable. We have had roach problems ever since we moved in over a year ago and we have to hound them to do anything about it. They'll come in two or three times and leave a piece of paper saying they're going to do something next time before actually taking any action. Even after they sprayed, we still see roaches almost every day. It's ridiculous. I know that roaches are typically a part of the package deal when you rent an apartment in Florida, but they really don't care to do much to take care of it unless you pitch a fit about it. That issue pales in comparison to what me and my girlfriend are currently experiencing. We are on the third day of our AC being out and there has been absolutely no urgency behind having the issue resolved. You can't leave people without AC in Florida, especially when their apartment is on the third floor. The apartment was 87 degrees last time I was in it, and that was at night. Yes, you read that right. 87 degrees. The maintenance person they sent out to take care of the issue the day it happened did not seem to care about our problem at all and looked extremely inconvenienced by the fact that we even called him out, as if that's not his job. He didn't do a good job setting proper expectations with us regarding when everything should be resolved. He also did not seem to know what he was doing and spoke with no confidence when describing the problem. The maintenance here is a joke. On top of all of that, the window unit they installed to try to alleviate the issue ended up leaking water all over our carpet, so now there is a large, loud fan in our living room that has to run for three days so the apartment doesn't get mold. Lovely. The fact they believe it is acceptable to leave us in an apartment under those conditions is ridiculous. We emailed the property manager twice out of desperation for resolution and received no response. My girlfriend had to take time out of her day to visit the front office just to get them to even address her concerns. The only thing they could offer to us was to stay in a model apartment. Seriously? We're in the midst of a pandemic. We work from home. How are we supposed to work out of an apartment with no internet? They didn't offer a hotel reimbursement, they didn't offer to pay for emergency maintenance from another company to do the repairs, they didn't even offer to comp or reduce our rent! I am literally paying money right now for an apartment that I can't even use. My girlfriend and I both had to evacuate to our parent's houses so we could have a place to work without a loud fan running and sleep in temperatures under 80 degrees. This whole situation has been a huge waste of our time and money and has completely ruined our weekend. Apparently, the parts to fix the AC are supposed to come tomorrow. I'll believe it when I see it. Do yourself a favor and pay $200-300 more a month to stay somewhere where they actually give a damn about you. UPDATE: The AC got fixed only for it to go out AGAIN the next weekend. The maintenance here is a freaking joke. ANOTHER UPDATE: Have now updated review from 2 stars to 1. They still have done absolutely nothing to alleviate the issue and now that we're looking to break our lease, they're stating that they get to keep our security deposit, which is FALSE and not in the paperwork that we signed when we first moved in. Also, when we first moved in, they said that if we went to break the lease, they wouldn't have a problem getting someone new to move in as they always have a wait list, so we wouldn't have to pay too much to move out. Now that we actually want to move out, they suddenly have no wait list and have apartments that they're trying to get rid of. That either means 1) They misled us or 2) They used to have a wait list, but now don't because they got all of their other tenants to move out by treating them like shit, too! Honestly, I would believe either one of those options, at this point. Don't move here if you love yourself.

I'm LOVING this new coworking space in Orlando!…read more First off- It's in Orlando's historic (and fabulous) Church Street Exchange Building. I swear, sometimes it feels like I'm walking down the stairs at the Gatsby Estate. Next, this space is geared towards tech start-ups and related fields. This means that everyone that's working alongside you is doing something creative and crazy cool. The networking alone on a daily basis is worth the membership fee! (Spoken like a non-techie...) The space itself is open-plan and reminds me of the Yelp headquarters in San Fran (or any tech hub in that city). Wide long tables allow you to work alongside new people or change your scenery and move over to the couches. They also have a shared kitchen with water, coffee, and even a few beer kegs for after-hour mingling! Probably one of the coolest features is the meeting space. Canvs has quite a few conference rooms of different sizes for large groups as well as small. Each room can be reserved for the day (for a very low fee compared to other meeting spaces) and you get to hold meetings in one of the coolest 'offices' in Orlando. Don't miss the bike rack wall! Making me feel like a total tool for driving, but also working with the SunRail tracks just outside the windows to serve as a not-so-subtle reminder that there are other transportation options in this town!! ~Yay!~ Drop in ($25 day pass) to check it out and soak in how cool this city is getting!!

We learned quite a bit about Canvs including the fact that they are a non-profit that runs off of the sponsoring companies you see posted on the wall when you walk in. They are one of the, if not the only, non-profit co-working spaces in Orlando. Personally, I want to say they are the best co-working space in Orlando! I can't speak as someone with a paid membership, but after having done the tour, learning about the benefits (coffee sponsored by Credo, free snacks, cereal, and occasionally, beer), learning about the type of companies and people there, the events that happen there, as well as their plans for the future, I really enjoyed being there. Once the tour was over, Shanika handed us our guest logins and we got to work. After speaking with one of their members, it's my understanding that if you can hook up to the ethernet, you should! Unfortunately for us, we left our thunderbolt ethernet connectors at the office and had to go with the wireless. Regardless, I had 0 hiccups accessing our file server or uploading documents. A speedtest on their wifi showed about a 26mbps download (mind you the large amount of other people who are also connected) which I think is good enough for what I was doing at the time. When I needed a break, I headed over to the kitchen to grab a cup of coffee and found their selection of creamers a nice addition. They offer actual coffee mugs and metal utensils for use there which I find is a nice touch. There is a "public" and a "private" fridge so that you can bring your own lunch and not have to worry about it getting eaten by someone. (We were told that nobody has ever had any issues with missing lunches either) I didn't grab any snacks but they had baskets of fruits, granola bars, and all other things there. When our work day was over, Shanika offered us and another member some beers and we chatted a bit about Canvs, shared some experiences, and then we headed upstairs to PowerDMS for the DowntownUX meetup! All-in-all, it's a great place to be if you're trying to get work done, or if you're looking to meet other people. You do NOT have to be a "techie" to be here. There are a lot of people from many different fields and everyone here seems to be friendly. If you've never been and are looking for a place to work for a day, I highly recommend making a stop by Canvs in the exchange building!

Im currently without a Home and going through the moving process living in my car! For starters Gabriella told me there were no other applicants in process before and after I applied . I applied with my mother on 11/08 and I expressed I needed a unit no later than 11/14. So when everything came back fine on background so they led me on to believe all I needed was a couple minor paperworks sent in from our old landlord and my mothers boss. Gabriella was very rude in the way she does business she took it upon herself to tag my moms boss in an email my mother sent her and completely ignoring my mothers email sent and so was Amanda making comments about my mothers credit which is above 600s fair and mine is above 700s good standing with the credit bureau . So they lead me on i get the paperwork sent in by 4:30 11/09 Thursday and they have the audacity to tell me the next day on Friday that they wont be processing anything due to veterans day . So everything will be processed on Monday 11/13 ! Mind you they gave me 2 prices one for moving in 11/13 was around $2200 11/15 was around $3000 so it was double deposit to oay for December. So tell me why when they processed everything on 11/13 they said they went with a better applicant? Legally you're not allowed to process anyone else's application if one is being processed already. So they scam your for application fees when they know they aren't going to give you a flipping thang! I originally viewed this unit 2 weeks prior with my fiancée because my mother was working and they tried to get us to oay for a 3rd application when he wasn't even going to be living there and they continued to stress it . So they definitely are professional scam artists ill be putting the text screenshots below
