They are usually open 9-5 but are available after hours with the right arrangement. They also have individual work desks if you need just a space to concentrate. Oh and on a few occasions, the printer or wifi had issues. no, they don't discount your rent when that happens. THE ONLY GOOD THING is 1) lots of parking and 2) the staff is excellent. they should give the front desk staff a raise.

To give you a better sense of the space, it is colorful, yet "warehousy" in a very trendy sense, and lots of great lighting and windows to invite the outside in. There are several sizes in office spaces, including the one I visited which is very intimate and private. Good enough for one desk plus a visitor. Common meeting spaces abound as well.

Corporate Regus tells us that the internet is fine but several other offices are having same issues 12/15/25 update. Regus has informed us that the internet is sufficient at 100mb for over 60 people. 1 to 2gbps is needed for this many people. I wouldn't recommend renting from this location if you want to do more than just send out emails. We have rented from them for almost 3 years at this location and they don't care we have to use a Verizon Hotspot to perform our jobs.

If you order meet someone here, make sure you have an appointment and that you have their phone number because the only way you can get through the little lobby is to call the business on your cell phone.
