Somehow an ad for serendipity labs populated on my social media account. I quickly booked a tour and the rest is history. The office is well kept and is extremely beautiful. However, the staff is what makes this location GREAT. Sid, Karen, Justina and Kyle are by far the most friendly, welcoming, and accommodating staff! They take care of every single tenant and know us all by name. The office is located in the heart of downtown Orlando, with probably the best views of the city. We opted to lease two rooms, 12 dedicated desk(modern cubicles). There are a number of "Focus" rooms, for private phone calls, and they are amazingly decorated and cozy. They also have a ton of events to show their appreciation ! Such as lunch specials, wine down Wednesday's, happy hour on Friday's, etc. All and all I would recommend serendipity to any and everyone! Not only is this location amazing but you'll have access to all of the other locations across the nation!

Back to the office space. They have offices that accommodate 4 people, a conference room, and a large room for presentations. They are usually open 9-5 but are available after hours with the right arrangement. They also have individual work desks if you need just a space to concentrate. They also offer WiFi, a small kitchen, and there are lots of parking outside.

I swear, sometimes it feels like I'm walking down the stairs at the Gatsby Estate. Next, this space is geared towards tech start-ups and related fields. This means that everyone that's working alongside you is doing something creative and crazy cool. The networking alone on a daily basis is worth the membership fee! (Spoken like a non-techie...) The space itself is open-plan and reminds me of the Yelp headquarters in San Fran (or any tech hub in that city). Wide long tables allow you to work alongside new people or change your scenery and move over to the couches. They also have a shared kitchen with water, coffee, and even a few beer kegs for after-hour mingling! Probably one of the coolest features is the meeting space. Canvs has quite a few conference rooms of different sizes for large groups as well as small. Each room can be reserved for the day (for a very low fee compared to other meeting spaces) and you get to hold meetings in one of the coolest 'offices' in Orlando. Don't miss the bike rack wall! Walking in and seeing the fountain is always a highlight. The Canvs space is large with mostly desks for rent throughout. My favorite part of my Canvs membership is their conference rooms. They have three sizes ranging from small (2-3 people), medium (6-7 people) and large (15+ people). Most of the rooms have whiteboards and all have large tv monitors for screen sharing. The kitchen is truly awesome! My guests always enjoy the free snacks (peanut butter pretzels anyone?) and freshly brewed coffee. I have been a member now for nearly a couple years and highly recommend it. The people are great and the space productive. Check it out!

When you think about what this place is, you realize that this is a place that you would go to to reserve, AND ACCESS, space. You call them up, they make a reservation for a specific space at a specific date and time. Seems straightforward, right? Well, you'd be wrong, and you'll be in one heck of a surprise situation to find out that you won't be getting that space, or any space. ACCESS to the space you reserve ... that's not something included, nor is it provided. You will waste your time, energy and effort even trying to reserve space here only to be met with a hostile owner that owns nothing except a bill from a franchisor. When you try to get your money back for the services that he refuses to provide and doesn't deliver based on the reality that you were able to use zero-space against your use case ... Well, he's going to tell you that you're personally attacking him. You'll do that for a good long while until you lose your patience and you realize that you're wasting your time. Don't do that. Just go somewhere else. Anywhere else but here.

Having worked here (many moons ago), I was already familiar with the interior and the convenient Finnhenry's restaurant on the first floor. Access is much more secure now with card fobs required for entry. They've also just installed a new call box system as of this post. Virtual and in-person tours are easy to schedule online for potential clients. I signed up very quickly, easily, and happily. Amenities include high-speed internet, printing services, and even free coffee. There's plenty of workspace and although I chose to go the office share route, I've had the office largely to myself so far. Plenty of good restaurants are in the area and you are walking distance from the public library, Lake Eola, and Publix. Kelsey and the Novel team (so helpful) also arrange for community events like lunch bites when possible. Just WOW!

They are really great when they want to sign you up…read more At the time of our first renewal they wanted a 67% rent increase. Yup. You read that right 67%... not 6.7%... a full 2/3 rent increase! If you get a quote from them, multiply it by 1.67. That could be your rent next year. Presumably they know it's annoying to move a business so I guess they take advantage of that by offering a fair rate for a year then then holding your business address hostage for a 67% rent increase after the first term. A/C turned off during business hours without advance notice. Water turned off during business hours without advance notice. Parking situation is a total turnoff for potential and current clients. Fire alarm "tested" during business hours with little or no notice. People prop open the back door all the time to smoke and it stinks. Many better options that won't try to bait and switch you into a 67% rent increase.
