I called three different roofing companies and Alex came out the same day. I never even got a call back from other two places. Ever since that first visit Alex has been a fantastic communicator. His crew came out and replaced the roof and vents in one day. His other crew came to replace all the gutters and downspouts. They even hung a new gutter/spout by the front door entrance and told me it would be no charge. Alex also personally replaced our hail-damaged screens. Now for the icing on the cake. Because we chose impact resistant shingles we are eligible for a significant reduction in our homeowners insurance. Alex took care of all the paperwork and communicated directly with our insurance company to make that happen. THAT is customer service and blew me away when he told me he would do that. The work and service Alex and his crews provided was top notch and we are very happy we chose Alex Roofing and Remodeling.

Rite Roofing: The Right Choice! I knew I needed a new roof,…read moreand apparently, so did every roofing company in town--I had salespeople knocking on my door every week. The whole process felt overwhelming and made me procrastinate far longer than I should have. Then, a huge storm hit, causing damage I could no longer ignore. We'd already had one company come out to give us an estimate when Riley from Rite Roofing showed up at our door. I'll admit, I wasn't in the friendliest mood, but Riley's kindness and professionalism immediately stood out. Riley and his colleague, Connor, scheduled a time to sit down with my husband and me to discuss a plan, and that's when we knew they were the best choice. They walked us through the entire process, answered all our questions, and reassured us with their expertise and honesty. Once we gave them the green light, the Rite Roofing team moved quickly. They handled scheduling and logistics with minimal effort on our part, which I deeply appreciated. On installation day, Riley and his team were on-site to oversee the work and ensure we felt comfortable with the process. The crew completed everything in a single day, and Riley even followed up afterward to make sure we were happy and that the site was spotless. The whole experience was seamless and stress-free. What stood out most to me was their honesty and genuine desire to help--not just make another sale. If you're considering a new roof, I can't recommend Rite Roofing enough. Feel free to call them and ask for my contact info if you'd like a personal recommendation--I'd be happy to share more about my experience!

Left high and dry…read more Sad to share that my experience was not good, after I pushed back on them changing the date of the repairs we originally discussed. I called and asked for feedback about why this happened and did not hear back. -They came out to give me an estimate and assess the needed repairs - happy to move fwd, they sent me a contract - AFTER I signed the contract, they changed the availability timeframe that THEY gave me. - I asked for them to work with me on providing an earlier date. - I received an email that they have decided to not pursue our project and that it was not a good fit and they were withdrawing the contract. No reason, or details, just that it was not a "good fit" One of the main reasons I went with them was because I was told the project would not take long and could be done sooner and in a couple days. I asked for feedback as to why my contract / project was suddenly terminated. I was hoping they would compromise and offer me dates in between - no response, and no alternate dates given. To be clear, Oscar was very nice and friendly at his onsite assessment and answered a lot of good questions. This kind of response did not match his service focused demeanor. I was told my project was a small / quick one that would not take long, in comparison to their other large projects. The new date they offered would have us without a safe deck for almost 2 months, and a house full of guests in the middle of sum-mer. Surely this is not the first time this has happened with a customer when you verbally state your availability and then it changes ? I had hoped they would be able to come back and at least compromise & offer alternative dates, instead of throwing away the project all together. This made me feel that perhaps because my project was small and would not bring in a lot of $$ for them, it was easier to just dismiss me, and terminate any work. Please do better SkyDeck -- please try to work with your customers, offer options and talk things out, instead of just cutting them off. Maybe if I was a bigger / more expensive project, I would have been given this consideration.

I had a leak that was destroying my bathroom and had attempted to fix the job myself. After that didn't work, I found an Angie's List deal for a roof inspection and minor fixes, hoping to get to the root of the problem, while also hoping it would be a quick fix. Alas it was not, but Roland found the source of the leak in a place I would NEVER have thought to look (which is why you hire a professional...) and probably saved my kitchen ceiling in the process. Knowing that I had a very limited budget, he completely worked with me. Was very kind and courteous and explained everything very thoroughly and exactly what my options were. What I needed and what I didn't. They did the work immediately and were insanely fast. Price was great. Plus, JenPro stands by their work. Next time I need roof work, JenPro is where I'm going! Thanks! Follow up: Not long after the job was done I noticed that there still might be a small leak above a window (not surprising as I had had a lot of small leaks in weird places). I travel a lot so it took me a while to get in touch and ask about it. I spoke to Roland (one of the owners and who had come out personally the first time), and he came to my house the very next day. He checked it out and sealed everything possible! No questions asked, no charge. They totally stand by their work and their warranty. Awesome! I also found out on that visit that they do other kinds of construction work also, so ask them about it. I plan on doing more projects with them.

Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR!
