He was diligent and extremely thorough. He allowed me to follow him around, and even pointed out all the issues and explained why they were a problem! He was extremely knowledgeable & personable. He also includes so many pictures and even videos as documentation in his inspection report in a way that is very easy to understand! Loved that! I included just a few pictures of some of the things he documented. Without his diligence, I would not have realized the home I was looking to buy was actually a huge money pit! He pointed out the painted over rotten wood, moisture in the walls and ceilings, the shotty workmanship all through out the home, rotting support beams and issues with the landscaping routing water to the home.
