I knew we weren't going to make breakfast, so I called just to make sure they were open for lunch and the first thing the guy on the phone warned me about was that breakfast was no longer being served. That must be some breakfast. When we arrived shortly after 1 PM on a Sunday, they were breaking down what was left of the buffet. We definitely missed out. As for lunch, they would only serve us apps until 1:30. Main dishes were available to order after that. We tried for the empanadas, but they were out so we instead got the garlic shrimp and mushrooms and the Oaxacan cheese quesadillas. The boys were happy with the latter (I didn't try). The shrimp were finger-licking good and the rice was cooked to perfection. For a main, I went with the duck enchiladas in red mole. They were absolutely delicious. Way too much mole, as is often the case with most authentic Mexican mole dishes. And the shredded lettuce wasn't necessary, but the enchiladas had great flavor. The service was excellent and the views are incredible. This is a great place to have a relaxing meal, enjoy the sights and a quiet break from the craziness on the main street and take lots of pictures.

They would not refund us for the rest of trip and have since been giving all of our wedding guests that have already booked the hotel an incredibly hard time canceling. mind you our wedding isn't until next year. do not recommend this hotel at all.

There is a passport scavenger hunt for the kids & they were rewarded with stamps and treats from the cafe and special drinks from the restaurant bar. It was also a great way to explore the property and get stamps along the way. There is a small pool, 24 hr gym, and a spa on property. Loved the courtyard so much. It's so beautiful and perfect area to start your morning with a coffee or to unwind at the end of day with meal or drink. Staff and hostess at fifty mils went above & beyond for our family and was so sweet and attentive. They even brought out extra dessert and drinks for us on the house . The hotel is located in a great neighborhood. It's within walking distance of the chapultepec park & castle. Highly recommended! Would def stay here again when we return to cdmx.

I thought it would be one of the higher up rooms but it still has an amazing view. The restaurant serves good food but I which there was more traditional simple options. The prices are reasonable but that is for me. I thought the restaurants around town are fairly cheap at around 25 US dollars for two with one or two drinks each. The hotel is more like 35 US dollars for same.
