Realmente lo que no nos gustó fue la atención al cliente en el front desk, no tenía agua caliente la habitación , llamé y la señorita que me tocó de mala suerte estaba de mal modo y con pésima actitud su nombre me parece es Jocelyn , algo así, estábamos pagando por la estancia como para no tener agua caliente , pésima actitud , 0 de 10 , aparte de eso el lugar limpio y la Sra que me tocó que me ayudara con la limpieza de la habitación , nada que ver , sonriendo a pesar de lo pesado de su trabajo , excelente . Great hotel with amazing volcano views. We got the large balcony room which there is only one on the third floor. I thought it would be one of the higher up rooms but it still has an amazing view. The restaurant serves good food but I which there was more traditional simple options. The prices are reasonable but that is for me. I thought the restaurants around town are fairly cheap at around 25 US dollars for two with one or two drinks each. The hotel is more like 35 US dollars for same. read more
