Then, a package which should have been received in 4 days through their Surepost (?) system, after 8 days nothing was received. Th first package was wrongly sent to IOWA --even though the address has been correct since day #1 and the town has been Aguadilla (second shipment which never arrived) and first shipment to a Hatillo P.O. Box which was sent to the state of Iowa. I have never seen such a "parranda" [bunch of near-do-well) of incompetent people working under one organization.
