Then, a package which should have been received in 4 days through their Surepost (?) system, after 8 days nothing was received. Th first package was wrongly sent to IOWA --even though the address has been correct since day #1 and the town has been Aguadilla (second shipment which never arrived) and first shipment to a Hatillo P.O. Box which was sent to the state of Iowa. I have never seen such a "parranda" [bunch of near-do-well) of incompetent people working under one organization.

There were many broken items and in Connecticut, they have a mover who steals money. Of course the company told me it is her word over mine, but I am filing a complaint in Connecticut too. They actually told me she denied the fact that she took money from me and I asked him if he was kidding...did he expect her to admit it? I was told in Connecticut that my belongings would be shipped in the same vagón as my car, but they lied. My car did not get here for another month and because I had no transportation, I could not go to the house to unpack. Mind you, the Connecticut packer who stole told me that the unpackers in Puerto Rico had to unpack everything she fraudulently, but they refused. I was told by the general manager that he understood I needed time to unpack but to keep communicating with the offce and they would refund me $130 for everything broken. On Friday, they told me that I waited too long so that now they are not paying me ANYTHING! They DID NOT consider everything that they broke, had the nerve to only offer $130 but now reneged on their word. I am considering hiring a lawyer, since I have the time. I did call authorities in Connecticut since the thief told me she is undocumented and that is why she needs to make money on the side. Of course I do not know if this is true or not, but that is what she told me. I am willing to take a lie detector test, but is she willing to do so? I will be giving all details to the authorities in Connecticut. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, you have been fully warned. I regret to inform that I did not do my proper research and by searching on the internet, just now found that this company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
