I read the reviews first, the truth about the phone not being answered. I gave up. This place definitely sucks! Don't waste your time!

I have never seen such a worse service than the one UPS gives to its customers. Their phone at Road #110, near Ramey in Aguadilla, sounds like it is defective, that is IT DOES NOT WORK. Then, a package which should have been received in 4 days through their Surepost (?) system, after 8 days nothing was received. Th first package was wrongly sent to IOWA --even though the address has been correct since day #1 and the town has been Aguadilla (second shipment which never arrived) and first shipment to a Hatillo P.O. Box which was sent to the state of Iowa. I have never seen such a "parranda" [bunch of near-do-well) of incompetent people working under one organization. read more

Unbelievable a company like UPS it's not available when I call the main warehouse and I whether you're Puerto Rico nobody answer that's ridiculous they were saying that this morning they cannot pick up the phone that's not acceptable read more
